Suggestions; Have a floor map ready at the front desk with tennantﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢s unit marked on the map during the first time checkin. Or email a soft copy. Make elevator and stairs signs visible on each floor. There are a lot exit signs but you could get lost in a rathole maze. Make a reference to Arques Ave on 2nd and 3rd floor.

I asked.for a climax controlled unit I talked to staff about the climax it is 90 degree and that it not climax controlled. It is cooler out side and I'm concerned about my things in my unit. This is not an insurance issue it is a advertising issue / facility issue please address this issue with me. Thank You Scottie Potter .

This is my first time coming to public storage located at Arques, Sunnyvale, Ca. This guy Walter had help me a lot and was able to answer all what I needed to hear. The place is very accessible to where I live and very clean. People were so nice and accommodating. The only minor comment that I would like to make is the cart is small. But overall experience is great.

Staff has been really friendly !!! Even when I forget my code. They also inform you when they 're busy about how long it will be before they can get to you instead of " I'll be with you soon " . With a time frame you can either wait or come back later.

It's clean and nice in there. Solid storage place. Richard helped me check in and do all my papers, he was very friendly, helpful and patient. Would be happy to work with him again.

Richard was very friendly and helpful with his suggestions and went out of his way to help me. He was nice enough to make a reservation for a property that was closer to my home after speaking with the representative of that facility. Highly recommend his professionalism.

Walter was really helpful for me!! Made it easy to understand what offerings Public Storage had and was able to accommodate my schedule!

Management is friendly and professional. Access hours are good, access to dolleys decent especially at front but in the back end they can run out quickly.
