Kassandra was awesome. She was very helpful and patient with me. Her tour of the facility was excellent. She showed me how to get in and my spot. When I actually move in, it should be very easy because of her. I really hope this is the norm and not just a one off because I was moving in, because I was very pleased...Thank you.

The facility is very clean and climate controlled.

As expected the space for my 40 foot RV was tight but the roads were wide enough to negotiate backing in. Service was professional and courteous. Good experience.

Overall happy with the cleanliness. There were significant issues with the computer system while I was there. The woman who helped me stuck with it and did her best in a cheerful manner. She got it all figured out.

I went in to pay forstorage and came back with a load only to find it locked brennon came and unlocked it it however the next day he made up for it when my car wouldn't start he came and helped start my car and that was a big deal for me thanks again brennon also he kept his cool while I was upset and with that I give him a thumbs up for sure

Clean easy to find. Plenty f space to back in to spot. Not very wide isle or lanes to the boat and RV parking

For the price, each unit should have a light and sprinkler in case of fire. Every Other storage place opened it from has lights in each unit and a sprinkler system. And I shouldnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t have to pay the $12 for the renters insurance, when I have renters insurance through my insurance company, which will cover my unit. So I have double renters insurance.

Shocked at how many units they have. First time we've had a storage unit. Clearly we chose the right place to go. Delmy was very friendly and showed us around and educating us along the way. I like the idea that there is someone on site 24 hours a day as well as an extensive camera system. A perfect 5 stars by me!!

The manager Delmy helped us with renting a unit. She was personable, knowledgeable, and great to work with! We love that we were able to rent a large unit in the climate controlled part of the property. The property itself feels safe, and we appreciate the security measures that are in place.

Went into the office to confirm my online request for a storage unit. Lisa was very helpful. She showed us the unit we requested and then showed us another unit that was the same size, but in the climate control area. For a small amount more we chose to accept the climate control because it was better for what we would be storing. We even got the first month for free. We got the unit right then, and are so glad we chose Cube Smart.

It's more than what I expected

The place is super clean and well taken care of. There are times in life when because of divorce or other reasons you need some storage space that is clean and safe. From what I have seen they do take great pride in their work. The manager is on premises and provided various choices for the size move I had. The distance from the truck was about average relative to other places and the access was pretty straightforward. The only reason I took off half a star is they only had one dolly available which did slow us down but overall a great place to keep your belongings.

Marilyn was very helpful and knowledgeable. She was able to correct problems with unit from other employees mistake. She also was seen checking units and facility during our time there which was a first for us. Facility was clean when she was there. Very professional and friendly.
