Online to sign up was easy to use. Tim in front office is amazing. I remember him when i rented there over 10 years ago. The facility is very clean. Security to get into the facility is amazing. And need your code to leave too. Cameras everywhere

I was In crisis. And I did not have a lot of time to move out. And I had to get my stuff into a storage and out of my apartment. Although I could not come there For hours that were Listed as open they set everything up so I could come in after hours because I was in a time jam. I was so appreciative because everything was not working out this day my movers quit on me and everything so it was just nice that someone was nice to me and helped me and we're to what I needed

When I call into a business and the people answering the phones sound *thrilled* to be doing their job... when they say that they've been in the industry for decades and never worked for a better company... when they make sure to talk me through any potential pitfalls and all the things I don't know that I don't know... that's who I want to work with! Clean facilities, secure location, and *very* helpful staff.

Great customer service from Tre, Ken, and the rest. Place is super clean and secure. Price and hours of access is great. I would recommend it to anyone.

The staff showed excellent costumer service and made the process easy. They were extremely helpful. The assistant manager walked me around the facility to help show me where my unit would be. He also provided detailed and highlighted maps. I loved that they had dollies to borrow at no charge, which made the process that much easier.

I was signed up for a new unit less than 30 minutes upon arrival. Customer service rep was friendly, knowledgeable and answered all my questions. Facility looks to be well maintained .

I rented a unit from life storage for many months. I just returned as it's an accessible, safe environment. However a bit pricey.

I have to say I was impressed with the Life Storage Facility. It started with the very helpful and professional front office staff. It was followed by a nicely designed and functional storage facility of varies shapes and sizes. The facility is well maintained and one of the cleanest facilities I have been in. Two stories of multiple sized storage units. Security access and cameras. What more could a customer ask for?

The facility was clean, the process was quick and easy, and everything went incredibly smoothly. The MOST impressive part was easily the customer service. Ken went above and beyond to make sure I understood everything, had my questions answered, and was able to move in with no problems or hiccups. He was not only knowledgeable and helpful, but he was incredibly friendly and seemed to really find great joy in helping customers. It's been a very long time since I have had customer service like that, and for this reason alone would recommend this facility to anyone.

While it's always hard to say in the very beginning of utilizing a service or product how good it will turn out butt so far so good. Customer service helpful and efficient. Well I do think that all storage facilities in Los Angeles County are out of their mind this place is by far the most reasonable clean and safe place I've inspected so far.

Moving my stuff in a storage unit was so quick and easy. I love the feature that you can reserve the unit online and it's ready when you get there! They even had little carts you can borrow to make it quicker!
