Very accommodating and helpful, prices were ok, the only downside.....they need more carts.

The service i received was professional. The receptionist was very helpful and will use the service again.

I rented a unit last week i could of sworn the upper covering security mesh was intact 2 days later i noticed that was torn severely open on 3-4 different spot ., i told management they seemed not concern like it was the norm i am still waiting on a refund i vacated the storage that same day

Should be open all day , during lunch hour tge office it's closed. And should have more moving carts available.

Spacious and price is reasonable. I just hope they will not increase the rent.

The rent is way cheaper than other storage places. The staff could be a bit more friendly. There was a large Chick-fil-A cup half filled in elevator for days and no one picked it up. Г°ЕёЛњВі

This storage has excellent customer service. The price fits you pocket I look at different storage units the prices were way to much. Then I found Life storage & they had the best price

Everything is great except the limited amount of parking for when you're loading and unloading. The facility is amazing, the customer service is great and the price for the size of my unit was just right.

My experience was outstandi! I was treated with respect and the person was very respectful. I check in process was simple and easy. It was quite quick and there was no pressure of any type. I would absolutely recommend this facility. I did say the hours are great!

Overall great price and first visit but the front desk closed early on us (supposed to close at 9:30pm) so we could not borrow the cart to move our last load of the night into the unit (you need a key from the front desk).This was frustrating because we would have put a few items to store rather than lots of items we needed the cart for.

Great customer service. Erika and Jesus were terrific.

Mr Aguirre did the most to insure my rent space was well taken care of.

I am very please with the facility it is nice and clean and in the workers are polite and very helpful the paperwork didnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t take long and the person who help me explained everything in detail without leaving anything to my imagination I would recommend this facility to my friends family and coworkers

The person I spoke to was nice, got me my unit quickly. Be aware you need insurance and a lock. Both are sold on site but I expect they are cheaper if purchased on your own.

I like how private the facilities is and close to home not to far, very clean and cameras all over.

Unsatisfied with the back handed way of saying onlone that if I paid the rest of this month I could get the next half off hit omitted the part that says I'd be paying for the second month up front. Not cool. Also the security feed was broken in a few aspects and wasn't recording anything to be saved to 10 days as the HDD was full, thought know one would notice, but we did.

I search so much online until I found this place. It has best and great prices, great customer service and I'm really happy with my storage unit.

Was able to secure space quickly online. Got a call from staff quickly with information needed to make decision on unit. Upon arrival staff was very helpful and got us taken care of and on our way.

The customer service was great. The unit is very close to the elevator and the hours are good.

The first night I went to store my stuff , the entrance gate failed and stayed open. Also, there is a door latch (roll up door ) that if you open the door too fast it will get stuck open . I had to push hard the detent to get the door to close . Other than that . I like the place. I almost forgot , you do not sell heavy duty cardboard boxes . The ones I bought in your place are suck , not strong enough. That is all I got .

I was looking for a storage room found life storage and was very happy to be able to reserve the unit on line, the employee was very polite when he called me to verify my reservation. The staff there is very nice. So happy I found lifestorage

Receptionist was very helpful and let me see the reserved spaces for reference before I moved in, and worked to get me a space that fit my needs.

Jennifer is a wonder! She was knowledgeable, efficient, personable, quick without rushing, and quite adorable. We believe she is one of the best assets you have.

Clean and secure, i feel good about my belongings there

It's a great storage facility, and I feel comfortable that my belongings are safe. The only complaint I have is that the door sensors don't work very well when exiting.

This place is good, but when I went in, the price they told me in the office was higher than the price listed on SpareFoot. They had mandatory extra fees that they added to the listed SpareFoot price, so I was unhappy about that. But then they gave me a discount, so it was okay.

This place is top notch from top to bottom. Security is their priority and it shows and the pricing is excellent.

They were not open on the day I reserved my unit. They were suppose to be open. Called corporate and they said they were getting calls all day about it. They should have sent someone to open the location up if that was the case. Went back the next day and the manager did take care of me and was very polite and apologetic.

The unit was large enough to put our stuff plus they have an excellent security.

The facility is convenient location, also very clean, I am satisfied overall.

I found this space online and I'm satisfied. There seem to be some glitches between the online company offering a $20.00 rebate and the company maintaining they don't do rebates so mine was never honored. I was a little disgruntled to learn insurance is a mandatory up-fee of $15. per month. But it's a good place, better if it weren't so far and have less time than I thought (we all think) to clear and out and stop an additional monthly charge. But if you need a storage - there's no better place.

I went back to the unit at 9:30PM last night to finish the move and the elevators were turned off. Access to units are supposed to be until 11PM. Called and texted the property manager, Jennifer, and have not gotten any reply back whatsoever. Very disappointed with this and it is my first day. This was a real inconvenience.

Friendly and helpful service.

Si was very thorough in assessing my needs and supplying me with the right-sized space. He made it easy to move in by opening the gate for me and keeping the doors open and supplying a cart to move my stuff.

Customer service was awesome. I arrived 2 minutes before closing and Steven was so helpful and Sy was knowledgeable. Clean and affordable for what i needed.

Manny who works the front desk did such an amazing job in welcoming me and helping me move in. In fact he met me close to midnight during his off hours and personal time because I moved in late and someone had locked the storage unit before I showed up, Manny drive all the way from Orange county to meet me and remove the lock. He has such amazing, friendly, customer service skills. This is such an awesome facility- very clean, super easy access, great location, spacious units, Post Office on site, they sell boxes on site, very convenient access to 405 freeway, Walmart and other shopping, well lit, great security (very up to date and electronic) .Quite simply an amazing place and experience!
