Nestled in Old Torrance this is an indoor storage facility with fantastic customer service. When we arrived the manger was courteous and upon realizing that the website and assigned us an awkwardly laid out unit, he showed us two additional units of the same size and happily switched us to one of the better ones, at no extra cost. The unit we got will fit our needs perfectly and was clean and in good repair when we moved in. The facility consists of a large warehouse with lots of skylights providing lots of natural light. There are cameras all over the facility, and the manager is actively watching them throughout the day which is very comforting. All in all I am really glad I chose this place!

Very happy with the total building enclosure of the storage units. Good customer service and reasonable pricing , especially with the 3 month promotion special for a 10x10 unit.

Customer Service was outstanding, you feel they really care about your situation. Hours are a bit of a problem but value and security are worth it. Great Storage facility.

This facility advertises that they have 24 hour surveilance. They neglect to mention that it only covers certain areas. Theft is very commen, and they couldn't care less. They raise the rates annually, yet do no improvements. The place has trash everywhere and they have men working on cars at all hours.

im not one for surfing the internet even when its something like this that i need. i was in a 911 situaton and so i did thinking if its a hassel i will do it old school. well it turned out it was very simple and the rates were less than anybodys especially with the coupon. i drove over to see for myself...place was really clean, i felt totally like it was safe, and the people were the best. im one for example that doesnt understand not paying a person to answer a business phone rather than a computer. CUSTOMER SERVICE YA KNOW! the girls in the office, well they were all over it. i have rarely come accross a better bunch of people. over time got to know the girls real well. the company should be very proud of the customer service skills they've hire. i had such a excellent experience that today 5/12 (ck'd in yesterday) yes,... "IM ON MY SECOND TIME AROUND!"
