I had the greatest experience at The public storage in Carson. Patty was awesome and she was extremely professional and friendly. Yes covered all of the angles and questions.

I have delt with 2 differant facilities now and both have the best customer service, always so helpful and making sure to understand your needs and get you what is needed as well.

So I turned in the the storage facility on the 1st and miss brandy told me she had to charge me for that day because I still had the lock on the storage but long story short she was charging me $21 and the next day I get an email saying that I owe $5. NOW WAS SHE TRYING TO GET SOME EXTRA FROM ME OR WHAT, from her charging me $21 and an email statement saying its $5 NO BUENO, NO BUENO

Brandy, is great! Efficient and knowledgeable. Exactly what we needed for or business needs.

Needed a extra space for moving out of my place. Woke up at 6:30 am and went online for a nearest storage place. For the size I needed 5X7 at a good price. Found a place and the price and reserved it. At 8 AM I get a called from the Service manger letting me know that I needed to know before I stop at the office. At 9 AM I was at the office registering for my storage unit. Out moving my things by 9:45 AM. Very smooth. Was explained everything that was important and sign.

Except for their prices, public storage tries to make the first month rent easy handle, which helps you get started.

I actually liked the attitude of the Managers in the beginning, However I had become a little uncomfortable and displease because I had not moved half of my belonging in, when I discover I need more space; it simply was cramped, though there was space out of reach that one has to pay for that you can not reach or lets say dangerous while climbing. When I complained that I need more space; I was told that they could give me another Unit like I had already because they did not have any of the largest Unit available. If I had 2 of the same Units, it still would not work. When you rent anything you do it out of a necessity, but when it does not accommodate you,(look for something that works for you)WHY SHOULD A PERSON SPENT THERE MONEY FOR SOMETHING THAT DOES NOT WORK? I found out later by being online that this Company had a larger Unit available but the Manages did not know it, so I am told.
