Nice and clean facility and great customer service staff.

Easy online check in and move in with absolutely NO HASSEL. Great customer service and the facility is very nice and secure. I also like the location being close to beach, making it a hop, skip and a jump with my RV as soon as pull out.

I was in a rush because of personal issues the representative was amazing. Quickly showed me the information and the unit and recommended me getting a bigger one. Once receive in and out quickly.

Your office staff are wonderful. Jocelyn and the other gals were very knowledgeable and sincere. Great customer service. My biggest concern as a retired Security Professional are the other customers that have shared with me that they have had someone break into their storage container. I've noticed there are no internal CCTV on the inside of the buildings and none on the backside of the buildings. This is inadequate for the type of business and buildings these are. I plan on calling headquarters corporate security to discuss. Your facility should have a vulnerability risk assessment completed and shared with the public how you are addressing these thief's. Word of mouth can ruin a good business.

Super easy and convenient to get in and out even on your first visit to get your storage unit. Much easier, faster than I thought it would be.

Jeanie gave me great service such as tour of facility, of unit, assisted me with lease info and paperwork. She made it easy for me to select my space the same day! Great job , Jeanie!

Staff was quick to help me figure out space needs. Got me the best location available. Have been great about leaving keys for me to use carts before and after hours. Probably the best customer service of all of the vendors and service providers during my moving experience.

The staff that helped me out, Karen & Angie are awesome. Very helpful, knowledgeable, and fun! I would have given the property 5-Stars, but the unit was substantially smaller than advertised, (it is listed as 5'X10' but is actually 4'6"X9'). A queen size mattress is exactly 5' wide, so I couldn't fit it sideways. The location is great, and I feel safe with my belongings stored there.

Everything is working out well. Didn't expect the extra charges before we could rent though.

The 5 stars primarily go to Natalie, the property manager who helped me out. I've never done had a storage unit before, so I can't compare the place to anywhere else. It did seem clean enough considering hundreds of people are in and out every day. Gates and units seem safe and secure. However, Natalie was respectful, considerate and sensitive to my family's situation and the reason why we needed storage in the first place. She explained the entire process and kept asking if I had any questions. There was a time when another customer came in and needed boxes and the phone rang. She handled everything as she should have. She was able to multitask and treated us with great customer service.

Professional staff & clean facilty

First, my initial experience with the PS staff was very professional and thorough making sure that I understood everything. I appreciate that. My storage unit is not in the same city where I current reside so I have not checked in to determine if all is well. I can only assume that my unit is as I left it.

I had to get a unit after a move from the East Coast! I checked out the Public Storage in El Segundo and was completely impressed. Not only is the facility clean and secure, but the staff is amazing! I would highly recommend!

It makes me feel a little unsafe whenever I must enter the unit. The lighting near my unit is very poor.
