I searched far and wide across the Los Angeles Metro area, and found the most affordable drive up storage space, 10 x 20, with a roll up door, with the help of the spare foot website. I appreciate that I was able to compare prices across the city, and find the size and 'type' of storage space I was looking for, at 35% less than similar spaces nearest to me. The extra 30 min drive to unload my belongings 1 time, is definitely worth $200 / month!

The only reason i gave you guys a four instead of a five star rating is because i would like to be able to get in my storage a little earlier than 9:30am. Would it be possible to maybe open an hour earlier? That would be great but other than that this place and the service is excellent.

After visiting the restroom @ the western/rosecrans location I am very disappointed. In my last survey I checked the very satisfied box. I was clearly WRONG.!!! That was the worst experience I ve come across in a MIGHTY LONG TIME. VERY UNSANITARY. NEEDS ATTENTION ASAP. U FORCE PEOPLE TO GRAB A DOOR KNOB TO EXIT AFTER HAND MAN TOOK HIS NASTY HANDS IN THERE. NO SOAP (DISPENSER) SO WHERE S THE SOAP. MOVING IS A VERY DIRTY JOB. SOME OF US TRY VERY HARD TO BE GERMLESS.IT WOULD HELP A LOT IF BUSINESSES ESPECIALLY THE ONES I VISIT WOULD DO THEIR PART. ITS A VERY EASY TASK WHEN GIVEN A little THOUGHT. MY EXPERIENCE @ PUBLIC STORAGE TODAY WAS NOT GOOD. COME ON PS TIME TO UPGRADE *(SANITARILY)*.

I really like this Public Storage. It is facility is always clean and the staff is the best there is. They are polite, professional and caring. They help you when you need it. I would recommend this storage to everyone.

Jennifer is the best manager here. she is ALWAYS so helpful. love her. She is always so kind to me and my kids when we whe moving in. Now that i vacated she was again the best. Explained every thing. i will use them again as long as she is still the manager.

I love this location clean, friendly, nice property. Jennifer was the nice employee that helped me. She was everything, she explained everything, she made sure I had the rate size storage and supplies I needed to protect my things from breaking. She has excellent customer service. I was nervous about putting my things there she insured me and made me feel comfortable about the security level so I was OK.
