"Joy" was outstanding! Courteous, clear, informative, diligent, efficient, patient, helpful and especially caring. Thoroughly professional! On a second site visit, Arlene was outstanding as well! Great staff!

I didn't like the no option to use your own padlock, we use yours or we can't rent the space. If there was no option, you should give the lock for free. Same thing about the insurance, too expensive with no option. It use to be a good place to rent a storage. The place is great, the location is great, it needs some work on keep the place clean

Kody was great help! This was my first time at a Public Storage, and he explained all the sizes, prices, and hours so easily. We were able to see the units that could've been a possible choice for me. I'd recommend this location for sure.

This being my firsts experience with Public Storage I found it to be quite well managed. The staff was well trained and courteous. I was surprised to discover the amount of security built into its operation. Being a Senior I found it somewhat pricey. I do appreciate the cleanliness of the entire facility. I

I made my reservation online and when I got to the facility realized they did not provide after hours access. The manager went out of her way to connect me to another facility within my driving range that met all of my needs - and even got me a cheaper rate! Excellent service!

I made my reservation on-line and received a follow up call promptly with an invitation to visit the property from Kody. When I got there Arlene took me through the process and I was a happy camper. You do have to replace your light bulbs more frequently. Since you can't have any within the unit we rely heavily on the light in the hallway.

Very friendly staff. Made it a fast and easy signing experience for my storage unit. Storage is very clean and the air conditioning was a great plus while moving in. Thank you Brenda and Andie!

Adie and Brenda provided great customer service. Adie is hilarious. Sandra was very helpful the first time I came. Brenda you are the bomb. Overall, they made my experience extremely pleasant and doubt it would've been the same without them. Seriously, they are thee best. I highly highly recommend.

Sandra was excellent!!!. Her attitude and the way she presented herself was continually pleasant, attentive, and patient. She listened very carefully to muy situation and my needs. I ama realtor attempting to accommodate my client who is presently out of the area. My client is a existing customer of Pubic Storage. Sandra was also helped to make a call to my office as i forgot my phone there. In spite of nearing the closing time, she continued to exemplifying fantastic customer services. She even stayed longer to make sure I understood everything to process me. I would highly recommend Sandra and this location . Please be assured I checked several other companies and location. We received phone calls verifying our appointment and the Francine was helpful over the phone and in person. She helped choose the right size unit, and assisted us on some extra supplies. Security is very important to us and we could the monitors. I like that you have to put your code into everything, including the bathroom. Having indoor parking to unload is a plus in case the weather is inclement. The lighting is great and the storage unit is very clean. We also like that the hours are not short.

The ladies in the office are amazing. Sandra, Andie, Katherine provide good service. The facility is very clean. The property manager Adie is my favorite!

I called that day and got an appt. that day. She showed me everything that I had to know. Great manager. Answered all my questions.

I was misquoted on the type of unit that I wanted. I find the pricing to be a bit high for their smaller units.

At the particular location where I happened to get my storage unit, the office staff is so friendly and helpful, every business should treat their customers with friendliness and support the way this location does!

...the hours aren't quite long enough and the thing that really ended up being my issue, was the fact that you can come to your storage unit anytime till 9pm, but you can't use the carts they provide anytime after office hours which happens to be 6pm!!! (Thanks for lettin me know this crucial bit of information before I got there at 6:30pm with a truck load of stuff!) >=[ That really made things quite difficult. And the elevator that closes on you within 3 seconds of opening doesn't help much either. Especially when your trying to take item by item up to the 3rd floor. So yeah, I'd like to give them a higher rating... ...but, unfortunately, the above mentioned issues drop my rating down to 3 stars. =(

The process of getting a storage unit was simplified by the agent and the prices were competitive with other storage facilities.

My check in was done in a timely manner. The crew was very helpful, they made sure I understood everything. We did a walk threw of all procedures and every time I've been back since greeted with a smile and they remembered who I was.

The indoor loading/unloading area is perfect. The Staff is helpful and informative.

I like the way they keep it clean and I feel safe when I am there.
