I just wanted to make a comment about the property manager at the location I rent from. I think her name is Nisha. She is ALWAYS so pleasant and helpful and she's always here! I see her cleaning up all the time and greeting customers and her personality is not robotic or forced. I just wanted the higher ups at Public Storage to know she's doing a great job. Her customer service skills are on point!!

First time using Public Storage, and Ruben was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. But most importantly, Ruben went above and beyond his duty when he stayed over 45 minutes past the closing time to help us finish our move. We were very impressed that he would do that for us and offered him a small tip, which he refused - That showed character and honesty, traits that are hard to come by these days. Because of him, we strongly recommend this place. Reserve your space online and more importantly be sure you ask for Ruben.
