Nice customer service

Space is good. Storage is good. Staff/friendliness is not good. Almost zero regard for customers and helping with any questions. Wants. Needs. Even a paper copy of my agreement, I had asked for. Was promised. And never delivered. Sub par at most. No Reccomendation from me.

They will try to charge you the insurance if you don't bring yours and also will try to charge you the "special" lock+keys. Other that that, you're good.

Well previously rented a storage and received the discount. However needed another unit and didn't receive a discount. It's frustrating as a customer when you pay more or access more from a company and there's really no perk nor gratitude from the company.. If I as a business owner have a customer purchase more I'm gonna do what I can do insure that customer is taken care of in a way of Gratitude from me the business owner..

Briana was very helpful during my move in process and Carmen was so sweet during my move out. This place is very clean and safe. I never worried about my belongings. I'd always recommend them!

I have just two bits of negative feedback: 1. They require insurance to protect my stuff. It's my stuff and should be my choice. This is an obvious attempt to increase profit. And shameful because they don't make this clear until you arrive. 2. They bill for the whole month. If you move out mid-month, you still pay for that whole month regardless of when your lease started.

I mapquested the wrong Public Storage facility, but I am genuinely glad that I did. Andres, Marcedes and Venus are such an excellent crew. From the moment they recognized my error until I left with my storage contract and keys they all kindly did what was necessary at some point to calm me and rent me the perfect space for my needs. I have highly recommended Public Storage to my family and friends, and I hope all of your locations offer such good assistance.

I really enjoyed the process, it was easy and stress-free. Being a new customer, I received the first month for only $1, which was perfect for my college gyal pockets. I'm planning on leaving my stuff in storage for a few months, and the $40 a month is perfect! Go Public Storage!
