I wanted a climate controlled storage unit and had called around and couldnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t find one available. All of their units are temperature controlled. The young lady at the front desk was very nice, professional and knowledgeable. We toured the space and she explained how to use the key and open the storage which was nice because I needed it. My moving company found it seamless and had no problem unloading my items. I highly recommend this storage facility and the price was great for what you get.

The move in was easy despite it being really busy because it was the July 1st. The only draw back was that all 5 carts were being used when we first arrived but the manager was very helpful in finding one that we could use. The facility was very clean and entry and exit were simple with the code provided.

I was worried that it would take me days looking at storage facilities to find a place that would meet my needs. Secure Space was the first & only place I contacted after scouring the web. Making a reservation was so easy and moving my items in was equally so. Everyone was so accommodating, helpful and knowledgeable. I would definitely recommend them to anyone who is seeking a storage facility for their goods.

Space is secure, clean and easy to put your stuff in. Love the trolleys that are provided to help you move. Only thing that was not self explanatory was how to get out of the gate at the end

Restrooms are never open and are always dirty, rat droppings and cockroaches

Love the cleanliness of the facility. It's also very secure. So secure everytime we go in and out we have to use a code which can be annoying when moving in. But once you're in it's appreciated more.

The storage building is conveniently located off the 110 freeway, the building is clean and well kept, as well as the bathrooms. The very best part is the two women who work in the office they are so helpful sweet and accommodating!

rented a storage unit online and had access to it same day. the staff here is super helpful and informative. the facility is very clean. I feel safe leaving my belongings here with all the security gates and codes to get in and out.

I was given same discount when getting larger unit. There are two elevators and one was not operational. Causing delay and congestion. I only saw 4 hand trucks and had to wait for one to become available. Really need at least twice as many. Customer service was helpful and pleasant experience

The location was okay. There was some graffiti on the windows of the office, but not much they can do to stop that. Employees were super kind and gave any details we needed. Would recommend it for sure!

First time at this facility, I must admit it was a very pleasant experience. Moving and storing is never fun. I was already rushing to get to the faculty on time for my online booked move in day. Five minutes before the office closed I walked in. Yes I was that end of day guy. The young lady at the office was very professional and went through all the necessary details I would need to know. Courteous, efficient and understanding would be how would describe her. Thank you!! Highly recommend this clean professional storage facility.

I have not moved my stuff in or dealt with management for any problem yet so I have no idea how it is to deal with them. But initially, it seems this is the cleanest newest place I have ever witnessed. The location is seconds from a freeway and the price should probably be a lot higher. I was impressed with how far technology has come. When great improvement is that you use their barrel locks that are inserted into and shielded with solid metal, so you don't need to buy your own high security lock that could be cut anyway.

Kool people. Beautiful place. Very disappointed there is no lighting near my unit.
