The online process was wonderful, quick and simple, however my in-person experience was terrible. The representative Chris customer service lacks and need lots of work. He was not helpful, not forthcoming of additional information that was useful for me being it was my first time having a storage unit. He was not forthcoming with my hours or my options for the extended hours access. He was rude, condescending and very confusing in his delivery of what my contract offers. He made my already stressful day worst. The on-site property was a bit manager was slightly more helpful but I am not convinced she will handle the discrepancy in Chrisﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢ customer service and rude demeanor.

Hawthorne Store Quest is the best, not only was I able to store some things, I was also able to Donate scooter and things to children and to the salvation army across the streets. It's been almost a year or longer and thank God for Cynthia who I been accidentally calling Sydney. She's great. Thank you very much I love her and the team here. Jonah K best.

I've had two previous storage units. They were great, but very utilitarian. StorQuest is different. I felt like I was being attended to by a concierge service. I had no clue that a storage place could be so clean, pristine, or have a restroom. I love it here.

Facilities are very nice, but my unit is at the corner of the building and it's significantly warmer than the rest of the climate controlled building. Having coats or nice shoes in the unit that could be affected by heat is not recommended. The move-in process was easy, thanks to the woman at the front desk who was very kind and helpful.
