Happy with the service. Great customer service.

So far so great! I like how cold it is down in the basement where my rooms are I know my s tuff will be safe there computers, music, equipment, etc.

Ozzy and Cynthia are always professional, informative, and helpful. The facility is clean with lots of bright lights.

I rented this public storage because of the price, cleanliness customer service. Hopefully in the near future my rent doesn't go up at an exorbitant price.

The online process was wonderful, quick and simple, however my in-person experience was terrible. The representative Chris customer service lacks and need lots of work. He was not helpful, not forthcoming of additional information that was useful for me being it was my first time having a storage unit. He was not forthcoming with my hours or my options for the extended hours access. He was rude, condescending and very confusing in his delivery of what my contract offers. He made my already stressful day worst. The on-site property was a bit manager was slightly more helpful but I am not convinced she will handle the discrepancy in Chrisﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢ customer service and rude demeanor.

Las instalaciones son nuevas, los storages nuevo, el precio 35% menos que la competencia en esta área de Hawthorne,Redondo beach, Hermosa El “South Bay” me ayudaron en español, muy amables. Hay absceso todos los días de 6 am a 9 pm incluso Domingo o día festivo. Muy buen lugar muy bien ubicado cerca fwys.

Hawthorne Store Quest is the best, not only was I able to store some things, I was also able to Donate scooter and things to children and to the salvation army across the streets. It's been almost a year or longer and thank God for Cynthia who I been accidentally calling Sydney. She's great. Thank you very much I love her and the team here. Jonah K best.

I appreciate how the elevators are close enough to get to storage. Others are so far apart and only access to 1.

ﾃ｢竄ｬﾂｦstill expensive. Seems like you get what you pay for. Facilities are very clean but you do still have some people pseudo living out of their units at this location. Thereﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢s an Urth Cafe across the street. Thatﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢s handy for move in day.

The facility was overall clean and easily accessible. Unfortunately on my move-in date the gate was having technical issues which temporarily changed the availability of the storage unit.

Air conditioned, clean, indoors, and a little pricey.

I've had two previous storage units. They were great, but very utilitarian. StorQuest is different. I felt like I was being attended to by a concierge service. I had no clue that a storage place could be so clean, pristine, or have a restroom. I love it here.

I forgot the woman's name who helped me when I moved in but she was very patient and had wonderful costumer service, this place is super clean and it looks new I would give it 100 stars if I could I was very pleased ﾃ｢ﾂ敖､

Have been very pleased with the experience of switching storage spaces to StorQuest in Hawthorne. Definitely the cleanest space I have ever seen, since it's a new facility, and the ability to find a small space at a reasonable cost was very helpful to my budget. Thanks Sparefoot for helping track down this location!

staff was helpful and premesis was spectacular.

Facilities are very nice, but my unit is at the corner of the building and it's significantly warmer than the rest of the climate controlled building. Having coats or nice shoes in the unit that could be affected by heat is not recommended. The move-in process was easy, thanks to the woman at the front desk who was very kind and helpful.

We were able to get a great price, Leslie and staff were very attentive, and we really like the different options offered for storage spaces. The on site security perineters give you peace of mind. Highly recommended!

Leslie and her staff were wonderful! The place is clean and well lit, I feel very safe and completely comfortable knowing my belongings are safe. Would definitely recommend. Excellent value!!
