The facility is kept clean. Very secure and the hours to access my unit is until 9pm which is great for me

VERY clean, great location, easy to access, space is exactly as described, $1 for first month BUT customer service was terrible. Clerk became rude and argumentative when I pointed out that the website information was different than what they were telling me. I HATE when I'm told 2 different things. Turned out I was right. Clerk should have also explained the exit process. I figured it out eventually but they could have just told me beforehand and saved me the aggravation.

I was impressed that they really work good with you in every way possible here at this storage. That includes a decent charge, the cleanliness of the storage facility, and very helpful and wonderful customer service for you there. When I looked at my unit for the first time, I was so happy with what I saw, and the size did also impress me. I am just so thankful to have chosen this one when I was researching various ones, this was a good choice.🤗

the online application was a bit complicated and I could not completed it. But, once I called the process was completed and the staffed that helped me was very helpful and polite. once, we arrived at the facility, the completion of the paperwork process was quick and fast. The person that assisted was also very polite and helpful and patient. Overall, satisfied and very much recommended. this is the second time I use this facility; first time, about 11 or 12 years ago.
