Love it here, so glad I found StorQuest!!

Everyone here is very nice and very helpful. This facility is also very clean. I will definitely recommend StorQuest if I know of anyone needing storage.

Adara was awesome to work with in picking out the unit, pricing info, etc. Very professional, kind & patient. 🤗

Thereﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢s clearly a reason why this place has so many units available, just sayinﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢. Not one customer Iﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢ve spoken to has anything but horrific things to say about the staff Iﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢m particularly one chic. She was rude from the second I walked in the door to sign the lease and every single time Iﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢ve had to encounter her. We have rough days so I gave her the benefit of the doubt. Unfortunately this is just who she is and she runs the place like a prison. Raised rent no notice (30 days required per their contract) then evicted me for getting stuck inside gates and forced to stay in vehicle overnight. Scolded for leaving trash by the janitors closet and for holding the sliding door open while moving stuff in. No dollies or wagons without checking them out at front deskﾃ｢竄ｬﾂｦ which means dealing with her. No thanks Iﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢d rather continue to break my back! Itﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢s seriously ridiculous and corporate hasnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t responded. FYI

I highly recommend StorQuest in Torrance on Earl St. The facility is clean and well kept. Compared to other places this was the best value. Walter was a pleasure to deal with. He went thru all the details when signing up. Great customer service. 5 stars for customer service.

Very clean facility and easy to find plenty of parking.

Reserved a spot and ultimately rented it as I was able to score a small 5x5 for a very good discounted price for the 1st 5 months. When we arrived, we went up to the front desk area and were immediately greeted by Walter, the Manager, who is simply the coolest guy and made the entire monotonous process of filling out forms and signing a lease to rent out a storage unit, very enjoyable. Very pleasant to converse with and the whole process flew by like nothing. I srtill had more I wanted to talk about but, man's gotta work and I can't keep him from him duties. As for the facility, very clean and VERY secure. Great neighborhood and not dingy at all! Definitely better than other big name competitors, one among them who rhymes with Stublic Porage

The Girls at the facility as well as the customer service on the phone were very help and patient at a very stressful time . I can't say enough thank you's they were great.

We had a great experience with my move in. Brianne went out of her way, above and beyond to help us get moved in. She was very accommodating, stayed late and even assisted us in moving some of our carts. It was more than we expected and we are ever grateful as we needed to get on the road to be home with our families for the holiday.

The one and only time I had a concern the office staff kept me informed of the progress of the resolution without me ever having to prompt them. They even remembered who I was without me having to remind them - awesome!

I've stored my belongings here for the past two years and have always been extremely pleased with the staff's friendly service and the building's cleanliness. I recommend the Torrance StorQuest very highly!

Ever since my very first phone contact with "KAREN", (initiated in 2005 from Richmond, Virginia) I've considered Storequest - Torrance my "home away from home". I have nothing but praise and appreciation for the way Karen and her team have treated me over the years.. going on 8 years!! Though I will finally be moving out of my 2nd and remaining unit in the near future, I will always remember my "storage days", (years) with Karen and Storequest with fondness. Sincerely, Don Keeffe
