Tenant #... something
It's hard to say. I had a reservation 2 weeks out, confirmed week before, then get there and it's closed. Call customer service and they were confused as well. Was stuck with nowhere to put belongings and needing to return truck. So lost 12 hrs of moving forcing extended truck rental, extended move out of previous location, and stress up the wazoo. But with last place unable to beat current deal I moved in. The kick in the dangles was I was never offered a discount or anything except the usual "we're sorry to hear that..." And side note.. welcome to the future; I believe it's all virtual with no physical interaction.. my growing anti social personality kinda liked that part to be honest. So again, hard to judge as beginning really really sucked but after was pretty smooth and place is super clean.

The storage unit is great and to reserve it is easy as well. The only thing Iﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢m not a fan of is their hours. To open at 9 am and close at 6 pm doesnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t give a lot of time for people who are working majority of those hours. I have a 1 year old while trying to pack and put everything in storage, while working. Their hours arenﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t ideal, but Iﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢ve been making it work.
