Public Storage - Tracy - 1615 W 11th Street

Efficient and clean. I was treated well at the counter. Rep was competent and helpful. Only recommendation is to allow entry during non-office hours. It was not convenient to have to wait until the next day to unload my truck. Otherwise all good.

Nice and clean facility, friendly and efficient manager, Jessica, and overall I couldn't be happier. Jessica is a real asset to Public Storage. A jewel.

Everything was what was expected because I have had another Public Storage unit in another facility for quite a few years. Unfortunately I was denied the 1/2 off price because of that unit. I think it would be good PR at PS if long term customers were rewarded once in a while instead of being penalized for being long term customers. Thank you.

Emily is the greatest. Knowledgeable and approachable. Managed a store full of people with different needs. I'd be friends with her in real life. Storage unit was clean and easily accessible. Facilities clean and organized. Would recommend.

There was an issue that came up, where I was given an incorrect date and was going to have to pay an additional month and the results came out in my favor because to the service rep admitting a mistake was made, so I appreciated the honesty of that person.

I've always been shown courtesy, help in all areas, respect & good customer relations here in this Tracy Public Storage facility. I'd recommend this facility to anyone who is interested in storing their belongings here. ALSO, they have a great security system here & too, temperature control conditions which I find important especially when storing your major items of interest here. This facility is also well kept as far as neatness goes. Again, I'd recommend this place to anyone who is interested.

Public storage on 11st Tracy Ca. First of all Emily that runs the storage is the greatest very friendly and helpful. The grounds are very clean and the appearance when you first walk in is excellent. The box display and other items you need are displayed very well. I give public storage 5 stars and Emily 5 stars. Out of all the storage places in Tracy I say this one is the best.
