Carmen was so very helpful and guided us with everything. She's really nice and they had good prices than other storage units. Place was very clean.

Moved storage from my unit in Sacramento to Tracy location at 300 Larch,and am very pleased with this facility. Carmen was very helpful in guiding me to reserve on line.

The sign up was easy. Storage manager made herself very accessible. Unit and premises were clean and very affordable for the size compared to others in the area

Did the prelim work on line. Arrived at planned time and the manager instructed me in the process and sent me to check out the space. Only real problem is with the social distancing it was sometimes difficult to understand what she was saying. The mask and no discernible facial expressions make it difficult. Otherwise the place is clean and the staff is cordial and helpful.

The storage unit was clean the clerk was really nice explained everything only complaint I have is I know we have this coronavirus but to be closed at 5 PM that puts a strain on people trying to move things in the storage unit so I feel the payment for the storage should be less

The staff was very knowledgeable the area is very secure of the a very comfortable leaving my possessions and California while I'm traveling and I'm confident vill be safe upon my return Amber was an outstanding customer service representative the units were nice and clean had to purchase their lock which was no big deal and I recommend anybody looking for storage to use this facility.

Carmen was full of a wealth of information, anything I could ask she knew what to do about it. We were in there, toured 2 spaces and she had us set up within the hour. Came back to grab extra boxes and yet again, she has it ready to roll! Thanks so much for making this difficult situation so easy for my family.
