Public Storage - Tracy - 400 W Larch Road

My son's van gave up the ghost and needed storage now. This facility had several sizes of space to choose from. Got a space just the right size and within a matter of minutes had the paperwork done and moved in. Very friendly staff, and the unit was clean.

I just wish the prices would stay the same.

I have been very pleased with my first few days at this location. This is my first time having storage and it was seamless!

It's a storage yard! Not much else to say. Misleading ads and over priced units. The $1 first month is total B.S. and I'm not sure of it's legality being posted year round if they don't offer it. Prices constantly change. Not the cleanest place I've been to or seen. Single exit keypad which is not conveniently located especially if there are people in the units nearby. On a positive note, they have nice professional employees.

I went on the internet priced out a 10'x20' unit and chose Public Storage over the competitors as they had a good special going and I have relatives that have used them in the past without any problems. I made the reservation on line and when I arrived at the Public Storage office, the friendly young lady (Tracy, california) found my reservation, sold me on 2 locks for the two doors to my unit and escorted me to the unit and even made sure the lights worked and the unit was clean and to my satisfaction. Good customer service in a secured yard, so I can rest easy my personal belongings are safe.

Everyone is always pleasant and helpful.They go out of their way to make sure you are satisfied with your rental unit, also their friendly reminder each month that your due date is coming up is very helpful. Overall I would encourage my family and friends to do business there because of great customer service alone!!!!!
