The doors on the units are very difficult to open, but the unit is good. The communication between Sparefoot and MiniU needs to be clearer- for the customer and management.

Very easy to move in and great access to unit. Room clean and they let me use my own light. Sturdy door and no reason for break-ins. I was frankly blown away by how wonderful the U Storage folks were. 1) Made sure I was renting the appropriate space including downsizing the unit if it would save me money 2) Explained everything clearly to me in plain english. 3) Their prices on Sparefoot are the best in Vacaville for drive up storage 4) All the small touches including call me to let me know where they were and how to find the entrance were appreciated.

The on site managers are wonderful! Very professional, knowledgeable, and willing to help in every way. They have many amenities available at the office. Everything from shelves to locks and packing materials. It may not be the newest facility, but it is obvious that the new owners and the managers are making it better, and bringing it up to their high standards. I came because of the price, I'm staying because of the customer service!

We liked the ability to reserve it over the Internet and get quick replies on line. We also liked the opportunity to rent a truck right on the premises. We thought "free" indicated that there was no cost for the truck, but when we went to get it, we found out that there were some fees for tax, etc., which were not mentioned. But, it was still less than it would have been elsewhere probably.

Overall service was very good. I couldn't get the bars up top to overtones far right. Both Rory and Sandy were very friendly and new their stuff. From pricing to cleanliness Wii be 5 stars. We were parked in front of another storage when Rory called us and gave us a better deal so we just left that storage place and headed up to MiniUstorage.
