The manager was very helpful and friendly. He wanted to make sure that our spot for our RV was ok and if we had any problems parking.

I just want to take the time to say that I really appreciate doing business with Gerardo(at the Kelly Johnson Parkway Location), he exemplifies what "Customer Service" is all about.... He continues to go above and beyond to accommodate me in any way that he can, and it just feels good as a long time customer.... It's been about 10 years or so that I have rented a storage space there, I have seen many different employees come and go, and in all of those years, I may have had 6 interactions with them, but with Gerardo, I've had about 4 in about a two month span and it has been great.... I would like to say "Thank You".... ????????????????

Excellent customer service so far ! It's been less than a month but I was moving boxes due to an emergency and during the pandemic I would say the customer service is great ! I thought I even lost my keys for my lock right after moving my boxes ! Again the customer service agent was great when I called ! They gave me very efficient and helpful Advice and I feel even more confident now with the company . Thank you !

Staffs are very professional and accommodating. Renting a storage is easy and hassle-free.

The representative who helped me was polite, efficient and knowledgeable. She swept my storage unit before i moved in to it. When I came back the next day she was cleaning the outside locks and sweeping the areas in front of the storage areas; add industrious to her qualities.

The Lisa was amazing and stayed after her shift to make sure I was all moved in and happy. This is how businesses should run! Thanks again Lisa! And so clean and cool!

Very professional.

I went in to the office to check on a storage unit I was interested in. There was a woman before me that was completely irate and completely belligerent. Dustin handled himself very calmly attempting to de-escalate the situation. Despite the consistent swearing and yelling, he kept his cool. I didn't not reserve my unit right away. After considering my options, I decided to get a smaller unit, but wanted to make sure to come back to this location because of Dustin's professionalism.

I made reservations online and almost immediately received a reminder to come by and do the paper work. Lisa called and we made a appt. I showed up on time and Lisa quickly and efficiently got everything processed. Facility looked secure and clean and everything functioned correctly. I was a little put off there is a mandatory insurance payment of $11.00 (minimum) which my other storage places don't force me to pay. We also had to pay $22.00 for a non refundable lock. What happened to the good old days when you brought your own lock and key. Service was great and friendly Lisa was wonderful!!! Thank You!

I was really nervous about renting a storage unit because i've never had to rent one before and I was concerned about the cost as well as it being in a safe location and the cleanliness of the unit. I'm very happy with this location and the manager AUSTIN!!! He guided me through the whole process which was QUICK and painless! He answered all my questions and made sure I got the unit that was best for me. He gave me a tour and told me tips on how I could get my things in the quickest and easiest way. I appreciated it all! He was very friendly, caring, and professional! Ask for him and he will take care of you. I'm thankful I do not have to worry now and can tell others my experience if they too find themselves in the same situation!:) P.s. The unit is very clean and well lit!

I have never had such an easy and helpful experience. Lisette helped me out from beginning to end, and she was nothing but kind and helpful. She took her time to walk through all the details and codes with me, so that on moving day, everything went extremely well. I got a great and fair rate as well. Everything is very clean and organized.

Neither great, nor terrible. Facility is spotlessly clean & staff friendly. No 5 star as I was told that their insurance plan was mandatory, only to find out later that it's an optional expense. I felt lied to as a result. Can't get back my trust once gone, sadly.

Joann and Lydia were great. I had a large item to store and they measured the space to insure that item would fit. During the resent fire they let me know that the facility was save and the fire department was there for protection. I will be back next year to store the item again. Overall the facility was clean and I had great access. Keep up the good work.

This Public Storage is awesome!! They are very professional and friendly at the same time not to mention the place is always well maintained. I have dealt with Joanne and David and in every single exchange I have left very satisfied and happy. They have the best customer service. They returned and answered any and all my concerns. Lets put it this way when I call they take care of me, whether I forgot my code or anything they have me covered which in my business is very helpful. . Thanks Joanne and David!

So we needed just a small space to store a few things for a short time. Searched online and found Public Storage to be the best choice for us as they are literally a mile from our house and in our price range. The lady who helped me check in,Lydia, was really nice. easy going and helpful,like she actually enjoys her job! The property is clean and well lit at night.The unit is exactly what we needed for our extra stuff.

The prices are good and the facility is clean and safe. They need to expand the hours of accessibility to the units. If not 24 hours, then at least from 6AM to Midnight. This location may be different than some of the others.
