I move my stuff in the same day it was great the staff was kind and with a happy smile at all times . Great price too.

The customer service was awesome.

Wilson, Juan, Davi, great guys, easy to deal with and talk to.Overall the staff is friendly. Management? Now that's a different review entirely. Price change to over double with out notice, however they have a different story of course.

So I rented a space but couldnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t tour it due the other occupants still in the unit. I came back the next after next to see that the outside panel was damaged. As if the storage manager had to break in to remove the items or the former tenants came back to get their stuff. Either way I have tried to get in touch with the manager on site and every time he seems to be unavailable. I would like to know what will be done about the damage and to know my stuff is secure and I wonﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t be responsible for.

The lady and the gentleman at the front desk are very friendly and helpful the gentleman at the front desk even help me to retrieve my keys when I accidentally lock them inside my car

This storage has an unabated rat and mouse infestation going on unabated for years. I wish I had read the Yelp reviews and not relied on the reviews I see here on SpareFoot. Within two months there were rat feces and rats chewed holes through the walls in my unit. I have posted photos from when I moved out on Yelp. Rodent urine and feces ruined upholstery and rugs. Chewed through several boxes.The management has done nothing to try to fix this problem. Do yourself a favor and read all the Yelp.com reviews on this property before you make the same mistake I did.

doorway is damaged a bit and the screws that hold the latch onto the doorway are stripped. when the door is closed they can't come out so its not a big deal but just shows the upkeep
