wonderful staff and units. StorIt Plaza has the most hours of accessibility of all other storage facilities in Visalia, CA. The price is great and Sparefoot quoted me a price that was not current but StorIt Plaza not only honored the quoted price but gave me a 12 month contract at the lower price. I actually only pay half of the normal rate for this size unit. And they have a moving truck available to use upon move-in at no extra cost except the fuel.

I usually don't leave reviews but the service I received from Kendall was excellent. I walked in early not realizing the location wasn't open yet and she was more than happy to sit down and assist me. She got my reservation taken care of quickly and was so helpful! The location is great and the security is top notch. Highly recommend this place if you are looking for clean and secure storage with great service!

This was an all around Great experience

I came here and was immediately welcomed. I didn't feel any pressure to buy additional insurance and they gave me a free lock to use. They also have bathrooms that customers can use anytime gates are opened. They made me feel welcome and their storage units were cleaner than any I have seen before.

Customer service was great! The facility is clean and secure. I also used their rental truck to move my one bedroom furniture & queen size bed. The truck was a new model that got great gas milage. I will reccomend Stor it to all my friends and family.

I found this facility online and was really pleased with the courtesy call and professionalism of Jessica. Found the location very close (within 3 miles) price reasonable(better than 2 others) I had contacted months ago and I like the security and cleanliness of business. Very pleased with this find.

Employees were excellent and helpful. Access hours are decent. Units were clean and everything was easily accessible. Even the onsite restroom was clean and well maintained.
