My sister had to move quickly and I was in charge of finding storage for her. I had a hard time judging size since it wasn’t my stuff and then finding a location. Money is tight for her. When I found this storage at such great prices I was thrilled. When I called with more questions they were so accommodating. The day of the move I was worried we needed more space. Derek again helped us out and held a second unit for us right next to the first. My sister has Parkinson’s so he got us ground floor units (no stairs) near the door. We were able to take the large unit, fill it, and then decide about the second. Such a relief! We all agreed they were extremely helpful.

The RV spaces are 10x40 which fits most trailers. Was able to choose my spot with what was available. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. Very secure and well monitored with cameras.

I reserved and paid for my 10x15 unit online and was given an incredible location, close to the elevators! Liz, the manager called the next day to arrange a time to meet for an offical tour and initial check in. Her and the other employee were super welcoming and nice. The facility is just gorgeous and outstandingly clean; I was super impressed when I first arrived. It was lovely being able to check out multiple carts at a time because the first move-in day to the unit was hectic and we had A LOT of things to carry to the upper floor. Overall, a great experience. I am extremely appreciative of thier kindness and flexibility
