I just had to pass on a quick review to thank Dianne for all her super help and staying late and helping me get my travel trailer in and parked correctly in my spot. She was wonderful over the phone and getting me signed up as a new customer and especially helping me get in and parked under the wire and it made my very stressful day so much easier. Customer service is pretty high up there. Good location as well. Only detraction is that the buildings don't look very well taken cared for. Unpainted or cracked paint (prominent), cracks or crevices are unsealed, etc. Great price, though. Unmatched.

When my reservation at another storage fell through, luckily I found this storage company. The manager was super nice and accommodating and also, I am able to save money by being a Triple A member.

The prices here are better than most and i had a very good experience signing up with Deanne. She was very helpful taking time with me and my questions. The facility is fairly clean and is in the process of upgrades. Security here is very good.

The woman was very informative and helpful. She showed us our units and did our paperwork in a timely matter. When we came to put our stuff in the units one of the numbers was wrong and she gave us a wrong unit but quickly fixed and problem.

I ABSOLOUTELY made the right decision choosing sentry. The owner was extremely friendly, knowledgable and didn't try to upsell at all. In fact, once I showed her how much I had, she suggested doing a smaller unit at almost half the price! The whole process took no time at all and I immediately felt safe leaving my valuables with her while I travel overseas. Definitley reccomend.

The customer service was incredible. The overall look of the units and even the area isn't all that impressive, but the kindness and helpfulness of Deanne (property manager) completely made up for it. Also has the best price for the units and most availability of anywhere I looked.

Good The unit I reserved was not as advertised. The web site advertised a 6' by 10' drive up with a roll-up door, but to get to the unit I had to walk down a narrow hallway and there was no roll-up door. I had to rent a larger more expensive unit to get the drive up and roll-up features.
