My boyfriend and I were told by our online booking agent who finalized our paperwork (which we had to complete again at the facility) that the access to our unit would be up until 9pm everyday, which I made sure to verify several times in our conversation, due to my boyfriends work schedule often exceeding daylight hours. I am disabled with 2 young ADHD boys, so making my way to storage before 6pm (in a small Hyundai Elantra) isn't as effective as my boyfriend's assistance (with his truck) and friends to watch kids while we accomplish our storage drop since we are utilizing this space as our in-between while we transition into our next place. We are being told now after we moved-in, that we cannot access our unit after 6pm, for at least two months, which was never spoken of or addressed throughout the entire rental process/application signing (done 2x, online and in-store). I've reached out to the DM, with still no response to me voicemail, and no staff assistance besides the "you got to be here 2 months" bogus for 9pm extension. Had I known about this aweful time restriction, we would have gone elsewhere so that we could actually utilize our unit on our schedule, not during common working class hours.

The staff was very helpful. She was very understanding because i didnt have a good experience with my last storage unit (lighthouse in oceanside)my unit was broken into,but this place has security Surveillance everywhere which makes me feel secure with my belongings being stored here.The paperwork was done really fast,which is awesome having a three-year-old running around at the same time. The place was well kept nice and clean. I would recommend this storage unit to family and friends!!ðŸ‘Â🙂

This place is great! My mom Debby got a unit here and Itﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢s so clean! Delia is always super helpful and always goes above and beyond to help us with carts and keeping the area clean she never fails to makes us happy and assisting us right away. Sheﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢s really professional and makes every process understanding and we can definitely tell she enjoys her job a lot. I will have to come back here myself if I ever need a storage.

It was a pleasant experience because the staff person was professional and thorough. The facility is new and clean. The only negative was that it was not made clear to me that I would need to buy the lock from them. I was told that I would need a lock but did not understand it was a special lock that I could buy from their staff. Not a big deal but an opportunity for improvement.
