Storage is clean, safe and extremely user friendly

Dominique is wonderful. I wish everyone was as polite and helpful as she. I am very happy with how clean the facility is. I wish there was more parking available but so far access thru the back entrance has worked well for us. The only thing I am really unhappy about so far is the fact that I rented a 10 x 10 and this only measures 9 x 9. Why not just represent it as it is?

The guy who helped me was very nice, professional and efficient. It was an excellent experience!! During a very difficult time for me, he made that part very easy

I was in a jam and needed to store my stuff in a hurry and I thought with all this CoVid 19 stuff I wouldn't be able to get a space. Public Storage came through! They had exactly the right sized space and even though their hours were cut a bit I was able to get in. The site manager, Sam, was young but had extremely good manners and was very knowledgeable and helpful. There were obvious precautions in place to prevent spreading CoVid among tenants - it made me feel confident about storing at this location (Walnut Creek).

Great start with Dominique from day one who showed us around (and the quick ways) and got us started from day one. The facility and Dominique and the process was easy and efficient.

Sam is the best. Friendly, efficient and helpful.

Dominique is the epitome of customer service. She's efficient, kind, and handles multiple customers with ease. I'm so fortunate to have found this place along with her.

Facility is in great shape--clean, nicely lighted. Manager who helped me took the necessary time to get me started and answered all of my questions. Check-in was easy; did some on line and balance in the office.

Dominiqe and Courtney are wonderful. The facility is clean and well run. But the signage when finding it for the first time is terrible. Public Storage often has sales, but you really have to pin them down on how long the sale price lasts. Otherwise, so far, so good!

The pricing wasn't entirely honest. I wanted and was shown a 7.5x10' unit at a great internet price. The ceiling was irrationally low. Another unit had a post in the middle. The only other 7.5x10' available was (of course) $50 more per month. Grrr. I had to take it. Grrr.

Great treatment, easy to use facilities, great price and access. Only concern is that there is no one in the office 3 of the 4 times that I have visited in the past week. Wondering if the manager could clearly post their office hours. Otherwise, feel as if we are all guessing.

Helpful management, clean, great lighting.

I wish there was a better system of dolly use/security so that you could access a dolly at all hours of the day. Otherwise no complaints!

This branch of Public Storage was easy to work with for the 3 years that I had a unit there. None of my items were damaged, access hours (6 AM-9 PM) were generous, and the onsite representatives, in particular Mike, were very helpful during the move-out process. An additional consideration: there is no trash disposal at this branch, which means if you have to throw something out, you'll need to find a dumpster yourself. This is a slight inconvenience, and becomes more of the problem the less space you have in your vehicle.

This property is amazing. Spaces are clean, we'll lit, safe, super accommodating, easily accessible, and best of all climate controlled! We use them every year for about 3 months to store perishable and expensive items. I'd like to also point out the the customer service ROCKS. Shout out to Dave and Stephanie for always being right there with us anytime we needed anything or had questions. I'd highly recommend this storage unit site for any of your storage needs. THANKS AGAIN PS DUB-C!

No hassle storage. You put your stuff in a container which locks, then you come back as needed to store or to take your belongings.

Kevin and Dave are the best. Always live talking to them. So helpful. Best storage around.

This place was so convenient. Everyone in the office was wonderful. Louis helped me on my moveout day. Very friendly.

Really love the customer service, cleanliness and convenience. Climate control was a deciding factor in choosing this location. Would love it even more if the moving carts were available after the office closed.

Just sold a house in Walnut Creek and waiting for smaller home in Sonoma to be remodeled. Needed a place to store furniture and personal items. Facility is amazingly clean, and staff very courteous and helpful. If you need to store stuff -- this is the place.
