Open 7 days a week, we offer business and personal storage solutions with a large variety sizes and easy access all ground floor units. We also feature RV, boat, and parking spaces with extra wide driveways and turnarounds, plus a sanitary waste / washrack station. This clean, well-lit facility features unit sizes from 5x5 to 12x30, state-of-the-art security including personal computerized gate access and video cameras in key areas. We offer month-to-month leases, competitive rates and no deposit required. We provide courtesy carts to make your move easier, and our professional resident managers are available to assist you. Providing personal and business storage solutions to fit any need or budget. Storage Made Simple Gate Access Hours: 7AM to 7PM. We sell boxes and moving supplies. *First Month's Rent Free applies to base rent only. Fees, including a one-time administrative fee (29) and a monthly recurring Protection Plan payment (16) due upon move-in. Occupants are automatically enrolled in the Protection Plan but may opt-out of participation and obtain a refund of the Protection Plan payment by completing a form and providing proof of insurance within 30 days of signing the Self-Storage Agreement (as more particularly set forth therein). I had a unit here a couple years ending 2023. I feel this was a real good place and the staff was personally invested in the success and security of the units here. Though this place does not have video cameras throughout, they wisely shut down after 6 or so and they walk the halls of the buildings looking for anything suspicious. I found the staff here reasonable and willing to help. And my stuff was kept safe which I really appreciate. Also the staff seemed to be consistent which makes you feel more secure.

I really dont like to leave negative reviews but I feel absolutely lied to by the people here. I booked a 5×10 for $139 a month online with ads all over saying 1st month free rent. They call and tell me that my first total with fees is going to be $175 and to make sure I brought that with me and then it will be $139 a month thereafter. Okay, so I make sure and bring that only to be told oh yeah well now the total is 190 bc of the lock, and you don't get first month free (the clause in the asterisk says 1st month free for r.v parking, OY!) AND it will be $155 after that bc you have to buy their $22 insurance. All this would have been fine if it was at all communicated to me. I am living on borrowed means and having these stupid surprise charges are all but killing me. I explained to the man at the front desk and while he was kind he did nothing to help other than offer weak noises of reassurance about understanding my frustrations. I don't like businesses like this, that felt extremely deceiving (because it was and they know it) and I will be looking for a new unit when I can afford it. Overall, hopefully this gets passed down to someone who cares about their company and can do something about it but I won't hold out hope.

The gentleman in the office was unprofessional and made it abundantly clear that he was irritated. It took almost an hour to get my storage unit and he was being so nasty to me that It became evident his unprofessional behavior needed to be documented by video recording on my mobile device. He wanted to to pay for everything after telling him and showing him my confirmation emails that clearly state I already paid over the phone and signed all paperwork and contract digitally through docusign. He insisted I do it all again because he didnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t believe it had been done. So he made all new forms and contracts and told me I had to fill it all out, and continued to tell me I needed to pay for the unit and lock and insurance even though I already paid fir it all over the phone. I feel like thatﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢s the customer service I can expect from this location and I do t want to go back now.

When i showed up i changed my mind to a bigger unit. The staff was knowledgeable on pricing and immediate availability without even checking the system. They had it open and ready for me when i showed up. They have security alarms and sprinkler systems on each unit which is very impressive. The pricing was outstanding!
