I had a unit here a couple years ending 2023. I feel this was a real good place and the staff was personally invested in the success and security of the units here. Though this place does not have video cameras throughout, they wisely shut down after 6 or so and they walk the halls of the buildings looking for anything suspicious. I found the staff here reasonable and willing to help. And my stuff was kept safe which I really appreciate. Also the staff seemed to be consistent which makes you feel more secure.

Having used a few storage facilities in the past, I found Price Self Storage to be very organized and felt comfortable with the security. Will highly recommend this storage facility.

I really dont like to leave negative reviews but I feel absolutely lied to by the people here. I booked a 5×10 for $139 a month online with ads all over saying 1st month free rent. They call and tell me that my first total with fees is going to be $175 and to make sure I brought that with me and then it will be $139 a month thereafter. Okay, so I make sure and bring that only to be told oh yeah well now the total is 190 bc of the lock, and you don't get first month free (the clause in the asterisk says 1st month free for r.v parking, OY!) AND it will be $155 after that bc you have to buy their $22 insurance. All this would have been fine if it was at all communicated to me. I am living on borrowed means and having these stupid surprise charges are all but killing me. I explained to the man at the front desk and while he was kind he did nothing to help other than offer weak noises of reassurance about understanding my frustrations. I don't like businesses like this, that felt extremely deceiving (because it was and they know it) and I will be looking for a new unit when I can afford it. Overall, hopefully this gets passed down to someone who cares about their company and can do something about it but I won't hold out hope.

I really liked the facility n I would recommend it to my friends the people were so nice n the professionalism was outstanding.

The gentleman in the office was unprofessional and made it abundantly clear that he was irritated. It took almost an hour to get my storage unit and he was being so nasty to me that It became evident his unprofessional behavior needed to be documented by video recording on my mobile device. He wanted to to pay for everything after telling him and showing him my confirmation emails that clearly state I already paid over the phone and signed all paperwork and contract digitally through docusign. He insisted I do it all again because he didnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t believe it had been done. So he made all new forms and contracts and told me I had to fill it all out, and continued to tell me I needed to pay for the unit and lock and insurance even though I already paid fir it all over the phone. I feel like thatﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢s the customer service I can expect from this location and I do t want to go back now.

When i showed up i changed my mind to a bigger unit. The staff was knowledgeable on pricing and immediate availability without even checking the system. They had it open and ready for me when i showed up. They have security alarms and sprinkler systems on each unit which is very impressive. The pricing was outstanding! Especially considering the extras! The staff had excellent customer service and great vibes! I'm very happy! :)

First time using a storage space. I move out of my one bedroom apartment and travelled. The reception was quick and helpful. I had a 5*5 storage space and still have plenty room left to put more stuffs. Will definitely recommend friends who lives around the area for storage space.

Easy access, warm and friendly staff, the office personnel use the latest technology, the RV storage lot is very clean, and secure. I've visited a number of RV storage facilities in the San Gabriel Valley and for the price and location, right off the freeway, you cannot compare.

I was especially pleased at the knowledge of the staff, the kind explanation, and the efficientcy in which all business was conducted. From website online registering/renting space, to the completion of the contract and moving into the space, all was as presented and promised. This is refreshing, as is not the case with many other companies.

I was able to inspect and rent a unit the same day I reserved it online. The place is spotless and very convenient to my address. And the sparefoot price was within my budget!

I moved in about a week ago. so far my experience has been great. The customer service employees are very helpful AND respectful. This facility provides what you need to make it easy on you when you're moving in. Overall it's a great place nice and clean security system seems like it's very efficient

The way they set your codes is easy to work with. And there is a lot of room to pull up to a unit for unloading or loading.

I love this storage facility. My mother in law passed away and I wasn't sure where I could store my 2 bedroom. All so rage places down in Aliso viejo where I live cost as much as a car payment. But calling them the price was perfect the staff helped me without hesitation just when I really need it

It is a very large facility. They are pretty nice, and will give you a ride in their golf carts. They are very good about answering questions. Everyone seemed very nice.

move in was easy with the free truck to move you it made it even more affordible. only drawback was that the rool up door pulled away from the frame and a quick repair had to be made with complete repair scheduled fora later date.
