Curtis in the Azusa store is very very helpful in answering my questions before the move in. Especially during the time when I sign up at the front desk, the confusing steps were very well explained.

This facility is very clean and is in a safe area of town. This is my second year using a rental unit. I find the staff is always very nice and responsive to my questions or concerns and always available to open the unit.

Clean and friendly staff. I just wish the hours of operation were extended.

Reserving online was easy. Coming in to complete transaction with staff was less easy. The staff was great, but some of the fees and rules were unnecessary. Now actually using the facility is average at best. The facility is short-staffed, so when I came to the office to return the cart key, I was waiting with three other customers because the only person at work had left the office to show a locker to another customer. I find it inappropriate to leave a woman alone to deal with the public, especially in the evening. It would be nice if the magnet meant to hold open the door on the path to my locker worked. Again, the staff is great.

We were treated with great respect and the staff was very helpful and friendly. The facility is clean. We are pleased with choosing Public Storage.

Hollee, Tabitha, and Sonia were incredibly helpful from my reservation to my move-in. They were attentive, present, and ultimately, a pleasure to do business with.

Tabitha who checked me in was extremely helpful, very personable and made the process so easy. Every time I go to my unit the workers are so polite and friendly. The storage area is well lit and clean. Would definitely recommend this Public Storage on Azusa Ave to anyone.

I have been along time customer Public Storage since 1980's consider myself family. It has been along time since i use them I had extra things at home that i needed storage to make sure my things are kept safe. I went to my nearest storage location for convenience I notice that they have new faces but notice the GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE ****** I was pleased they did not loose there touch. I had gone else where for time being realized the difference.

The staff here were super-knowledgable, helpful, and able to anticipate my questions and concerns with solid information. Will recommend this location to anyone.

Your storage units are accessible, and clean. Your staff is friendly and willing to help. I do wish your hours were longer. Most people work between 9-5 and your hours are 9-6 except weekends so that gives us 1 or 2 days to move stuff. I wish your hours were longer.

Public storage in Azusa is awesome. Very easy and smooth process. Were able to get a into right away at a great price. I would recommend this location to anyone in the area. Friendly staff and communication is easy, no confusion at all.

Nowhere is it disclosed ahead of actual signing of contract that you are REQUIRED to pay an additional monthly charge for insurance - a roughly 10% additional cost. Less than forthright by company.

I didn't get what I had hoped for taken care. Also I was hoping to move into a larger unit without having to pay all of the move in fees all over again plus a complete extra month on a unit I would no longer need. So instead I have to be inconvenienced by waiting a whole month to move just so I don't have two pay for to units.

I reserved a storage unit at the 791 S Azusa Ave, Azusa, CA Public Storage location. The young man whom assisted me was Chris. He went above and beyond my expectations in order to meet my needs regarding the storage unit. In a day and age where good customer service seems to be declining. He made a great difference. I will definitely recommend Public Storage to my family, friends, and acquaintances.

Chris and Bianca were great about helping us determine what size of a storage space would best meet our needs. They are both very friendly, and poor Chris was gracious about having to go out in the middle of a downpour to show me my unit. Their facility is clean and well-lit.

So, this is the place to be for all your strorage needs! Making a reservation is simple and fast. Jessica and Justin were very helpful in explaining my options and walked me through every step of the way. They have all the supplies needed to make sure your stored goods are kept in great condition! I definitely recommend Public Storage to everyone!!

Everything at this location is fine except the the lighting. I noticed lighting in certain rows but unfortunately the row that I've been assigned to has lighting that does not work. With the time change, it can get very dark, very early. When I asked an employee, he stated that they will be fixed sometime in the future. I feel that not only does this cause a security and safety issue, but makes it harder to load or unload stuff into or from my storage unit. I hope this matter is resolved quickly. I also think since the gate hours are til 9pm, there should be some type of lighting inside storage units as well. Otherwise everything else is good. Thank you

Was under the impression First month should have been $1 but with these fine prints its pretty misleading. Lady was nice who showed me around .

Although I like the facility I am currently at, I don't like the fact that they raised the price in less than 6 months. Also, if the elevators would give you more time to get your stuff on before starting to close the door. Since, you have to push the elevator call button first before you put in your pass code nearest the elevator which arrives it makes it difficult to put in the number and then get your items to the elevator and onto the elevator - you have to move very quickly and sometimes that is not possible when moving large items.
