It is a simple yet very accommodating location. Perfect for bigger vehicles and no second floor which is awesome. Very clean location.

So far it has been good, I was able to get a storage without prior reservation, it was 15 mins to close time and was still greeted properly and no hassle nor rushed... slight minor details, such as having to purchase a lock from them, having to purchase insurance from them (didn't know i could have brought my own insurance)

Joshua the manager of the Amar road public storage in La Puente is magnificent. He treated me with respect. He showed me how to open my unit. How to get into the gate. This manager is top-notch. He deserves a raise. And he is very easy to talk to and he make sure that everything is done correctly and that you're completely satisfied and I had a wonderful experience. And Beatrice at the Valley Public Storage store in La Puente is also terrific.

It was a breeze to reserve a space at a location convenient to me. On Sunday morning at 9:30 a.m. sharp we met the property manager, Josh, who expertly guided us through the registration process. We feel comfortable and confident that our cherished possessions are safe. It is obvious that these people take their jobs and the property they protect very seriously.
