Everything went fairly smoothly. A couple of things I need to address. The "lock" that was sold to me appears to have a generic key that will work in any similar lock being used. That's obviously not very secure. Also, one of the walls in my space does not go all the way up to the ceiling. I'm wondering if my space can be accessed from the space next door. Probably not, but I need to ask.

Sign-up was easy . Rates seem a little better than fair.

It was a pleasure to deal with the Property Manager, my previous storage manager was a nightmare to deal with. I would def recommend people to rent at Cube Smart. I don't feel like Im getting ripped off anymore, the prices at Cube Smart are very fair. I wish I would have found Cube Smart sooner.

I found this cube smart while pricing online for storage. I got a bigger unit for less money. Customer service is great, very friendly.

The staff and the location are great. The advertised size is not exactly what youﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢re getting and when it comes to storage, every inch counts.

Because I just moved in to the storage I can only give a first impression. The stuff was extremely nice and friendly, showing you around so you can see the different storage options you have. it seems to be an older facility with up to two floors where some of the second flore storage seem to get pretty warm. Overall the place is clean, the manager living on the facility, they also provide you with help going through the tons of paperwork. They do not try to talk you into a larger space but make it easy if you want to switch later on. The access hours are pretty convieniant 'til 10.00pm incl. Sundays and you get your own code for the gate. If you need something for your storage they'll have you covered during office hours. The neighborhood seems to be really ok, only donwside might be that it's closed to the freeway so it might get lots of dust. Overall it's a good place for storage with nice stuuf and very fair prices.

Perfect storage place. I love having a place to store all my extra stuff that just takes up space in my house.

Great customer service she explained everything to me. Made sure my code for the gate worked before I left. It was a very fast and easy process.

Offers video surveilence insude the halls and outside which is a plus. the hours are better then other storages ive had, gate time is 10pm. the location is tucked away and the staff and people there are fine. i signed up with a first month free promo so it was fairly cheap to start.

the facility is basic, no bells and whistles. I like the security here, the hallways in addition to the property is monitored by cameras. on site management is a plus. friendly staff.

The lady in customer service was helpful and good mannered. She answered all my questions and showed me around. The storage facility is open 7 days a week (including the office). On most days (if not all) the gate access closes at 10pm. The price I was quoted for storage was inexpensive yet the storage unit was perfect for my needs. They have both and upstairs and downstairs here. If you need boxes or locks you'll be able to buy them here.

Great facility. Customer service (Dolly) was 10 in both personality and professionalism. Very efficient. Their online contract was expedient and quick.

The location is near 405 free way. It is very convenient.

The staff are extremely friendly, patient and helpful. The facilities are clean and secure. They offer a free moving truck for move in purposes.

Very friendly staff. Kept my 2 year old occupied while i filled out paperwork. Even spent a few minutes downloading a template to color on from disney junior.

Everyone was friendly and helpful and the best part was that they have a moving truck that you can use so that negates having to get a U-haul which is awesome. All you need is to put a 100 deposit and have a valid drivers ID. If the truck is returned with no damage then you get back the $100 deposit. Basically free moving truck which again is awesome.
