Really helpful service setting up my unit. Just what I needed

They said they give you a lock free but they charge you for insurance 15 bucks, so if you don't want the insurance, then they charge you for the lock. It's just a gimmick.

Made a reservation online Friday morning was there with my belongings I needed to store by 11am, viewed the space, signed the paperwork, unloaded my items and off I went. Super fast, easy and I loved the customer service rep Travon!!!

Customer service was amazingly smooth. She knew what she was doing, was friendly and professional. It was very clean. They had a cart I was able to use by the elevator. was able to pull up close to the entrance to unload. I received 1/2 off first month which I needed badly. I would recommend them definitely.

It's a good storage unit. The other place I came from was charging 140 for the same space and the rate was going up more too.
