got a 10x10 on a flash sale far, far cheaper than the competition. facility's clean and accessible and the staff were super helpful. nice place, although the elevators really should have a code entry panel, as they're quite finicky with the timing of entering the code and pressing a button inside to move floors.

I have had a great experience so far with this location on 8041 Edinger Ave. Westminister. The facility is very clean and easy accessible to the units! The store manager "Brittany" has been very nice, knowledgable, professional and extremely helpful. Beside the temporary promotional deal that they are offering right now, all the other aspects mentioned above made my choice easier to rent at this location compared to a few others around the area! I will definitely recommend this location. 👍

Was very happy with Storage even though there have been some break-ins and things stolen from peoples units. Fortunately, it wasnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t the case for me however, I do have rat droppings in my unit. I gave the key to the front desk over a week ago for them to put rat traps down that still has not been taken care of.

I must say iam vary happy i have had a lot of storages in my life been thru all kinds of problems and situations. this place has all the things you look for plus the price is great safe and vary clean place if you are looking i would give them a try.

This building was filthy dirty with other peoples junk & trash left out on every floor. The office bathroom barrel was overflowed with trash & the floor & toilet has fecal matter & urine everywhere. Peter was dishonest with his explanations to place me in the basement but then after I asked for a refund he put me on the 2nd floor as I was reserved for. He chose units where the lights didnt work twice. I removed my belongings 2 days after placing. Please give me a full refund.

Manager was helpful and patient with getting us the right unit for storage. The facility was clean overall, however, the public restroom was in need of some attention. There was no toilet paper and torn paper products scattered all over the floor. This is my first experience renting storage space so I really have nothing to compare it to. Aside from the condition of the bathroom in the office area, we have been very pleased.

Place is spotless, control temperature especially good for wood furniture. Great customer service, Sam is always willing to assist me in any way she can.

As far as getting in and out and use of the storage facility it's pretty typical. The price is far more in line than I was paying before. The main reason I'm replying to this which I never do is because Samantha (I'm hoping this is her name) the manager was extremely nice and easy to deal with so I wanted to give her the recognition she deserved.

Facility looks great but the indoor units are hard to reach. It's almost a maze in there. Still very clean and staff is very informative.

They don't tell you the truth until you already sign up. Only two charts for a 150 unit facility. Only two elevators that I saw. All they seemed to want is a quick sale so they could get my money.

I've been really happy to have my stuff I don't use all the time out of my house but still accessible. Uncle Bob's is close to my house and the price is right. Getting my unit was quick and painless and I'm glad I can leave whenever I want with no penalty.
