Newest state of the art self storage facility located off I-5 & Hwy 113 in Woodland - right off main street.. We have residential & commercial size storage units available plus RV storage. Don't want to miss out on all our added features like computerized gate access, 24 hr cameras, individual door alarms, 11 ft high ceilings, and all steel & concrete construction.. We are open 6 days a week and closed during lunch from 12:00 to 1:00 pm daily. We look forward to showing you our beautiful and clean storage facility. We have storage supplies for sale. It's really nice and everybody seems super nice and I like that they have alarm on every unit and you have to enter code to get in to turn alarm off and when u leave to set alarm.

The manager Kristie was very friendly and made the entire experience easy! Iﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢ve rented a unit before with another company in a different city and it was a completely different feeling. You can tell Kristie cares and is very knowledgeable. Everything was well maintained and it was great getting the lock included in the price!

It was awesome! From the time I secured the reservation on line until I locked my storage door it couldnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t have been easier. Their website was super easy, the paper work was super easy and fast and the manager was so helpful. I have rented a few storages in town before and this was by far the easiest one yet. I chose Pioneer Self Storage because I had called the other 2 storage facilities that I had previously stored with. One didnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t have anything available and the second one was quite rude to me over the phone. I forget the managers name but she went above and beyond in helping me by directing me where to go to rent a Uhaul. Iﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢d recommend Pioneer to anyone! And almost offer to pay the rent for them if they felt they were treated differently! The free lock was a bonus!!!
