Pioneer Self Storage II

I made a reservation and Amanda called me within minutes after making the reservation. She was nice and answered all my question professionally and unfortunately they did not have a plug in to charge our batteries for our RV there.

This is a nice place to rent from, the climate control are perfect here. Each unit has their own alarm, you get a free lock with the move in and best part you get to make up your own code. I like how secure this place is and makes me feel safe storing my belongings. Amanda, the manager is sweet and friendly.

My move in was easy and fast, Amanda was the one who helped me, she made it fast and easy and stress free. I had reserved a 10x10 climate control unit and we she was showing me the unit she went over the rule of the property, told me that each unit has its own alarm, cameras, and a gate code security. She made me feel comfortable and confident Storing my belongings.

My only complaint would be the amount of paperwork needed to fill out. I felt like I was buying a house. Definitely a lot of wasted paper.

He actually encouraged me to rent a smaller unit and explained how to pack the unit so I could save money each month. I really liked the property because it has coded gate access, 24 hour survellaince and door alarms. I also appreciate having asst. managers on site at night to watch the property and my belongings. Thanks again. I am happy with my unit and received a fantastic monthly rental rate and the $1.00 first months rent!!

From the phone call inquiring about a storage unit to the end of us renting a storage unit was a wonderful hassle free experience, the onsite restroom was clean as was the storage unit. We highly recommend renting from Pioneer Storage!
