Yuba City 99 Self Storage

I would definitely recommend this place to anyone, unless you have difficulty with transportation. Their location is not favorable for people who do not want to travel to the outskirts of town. Otherwise the atmosphere is calming and peaceful. I felt relaxed after leaving the office.

Needed a storage unit for just under a month. Moving from Norco CA to Plumas Lake CA. This storage location was the least expensive I found. Pleasure doing business with them.

She walked us over and showed us our storage space and gave us a lock. She was very nice and helpful.

Fast, Friendly and professional service.

Came into unit a week or two ago, found 2 vehicles and a person in each one. Stopped at office and found out they didnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t even have a unit in there. I reported to Sheriff because I have been robbed once there in my unit already. My daughter was just there a few minutes ago and there is garbage (food wrappers etc) from those people and hasnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t been cleaned up. I have had units there since they were built.

Was honest about a recent event that took place at the facility, was caring and considerate and went above and beyond to help me when every other storage unit in the world (seemed like) was booked.

Everything was great Bruce was extremely nice and helpful and everything is great!

They helped with my storage needs and even have locked u can buy right there to saucer my belongs great place to go to.

Lack of security... someone came in and stole my catalytic converter from under my class a motorhome. Turns out to be a very expensive hard part to replace. Costing me thousands of dollars to replace this. Estimates are at $3000 plus. Owner didnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t care one bit about my loss. Seemed almost humored by it.I highly do not recommend this place to anybody it doesnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t want to lose their vehicle.

I live out of state & every time I’ve returned everything is secure and safe the storage area is clean & well lit! I am very happy renting. I currently Rent ( 2) units from, “Yuba City 99 self storage”! Yuba City 99 self storage is located right off of Highway 99. They currently have a wonderful move-in Program which rolls over every year! I would recommend to any of my friends and family that you were sitting 99 self storage is the place to store your personal items safe and secure! I was able to locate it no problem the gentleman who checked me in on a Sunday was a very nice guy very quick and accurate even took the time to show me the unit before I signed paperwork to make sure that's what I needed great service.

Bruce the manager was very good about answering questions and being flexible.

Staff was very helpful and courteous. Staff was available to answer questions. Unit was big enough to put our stuff in.

I went in, asked to see the unit the lady was very helpful & kind. Came back, signed the papers, & was on my way! She was very friendly & even set up auto pay for me! Amazing experience!

The Attendant Bruce was very articulate and friendly... He made it very easy and simple and plain after I enter his office and spoke with him about my storage needs.... This is definitely a cool place to store your personals...
