A Storage Place - Yucaipa

The facility is very clean and well maintained. It is completely enclosed by high walls. A new employee checked me in and was very thorough. Her performance was closely monitored and I received a follow up call from the owner.

Friendly staff clean units ok hours that they are open. Over all satisfied 🙂

Very friendly and prompt, service was very quick and explained how the payments work from month to month. Gave the daily hours and also made sure we were able to get into the gate, when using it for the first time.

It's the first time I have used a storage facility. The staff is very helpful. I was provided with all the information and products I needed. i would recommend this place to anyone in the area.

The times that I have needed to go into the office, the young lady that runs the place is always very nice and knowledgeable. She is a pleasure to do business with her.

I think they are tad overpriced and making you purchase insurance I think is insane. I understand that there are risks and am ok with signing a waiver in case anything happened. Overall the customer service is great and it is very clean.

Facility is well-maintained and I feel my belongings are secure there. Rental process was quick and seemless and I appreciate the ability to pay my rent online. Unit was clean upon inspection and I was able to move-in immediately. It isnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t the least expensive option in the local area, but is convenient. Iﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢ve had no complaints or problems.

No reason to raise prices. Raised the price last month. Closest to my home. Need to have two key pads (inside), one on each side of gate.

I have not had any issues, I can get in and out easily and my unit says clean and dry!

I feel safe knowing my stuff is stored in Yucaipa Southwest storage. Everything is secure and clean.

Great location and secure and I love the auto pay program it's worry free!!!

After looking all over Calimesa, I decided on Southwest. I like the fact that someone lives on the property and can overlook Day and Night.
