I' glad it is so close to our home.

The facility and the people thus far have been great. Moving in not as much fun and I am expecting the same moving out. The lower doors and elevator each have a 6 digit code you need to enter every time you need to use it, and you are not allowed to keep them open, which means you can only move very small loads at a time that you can fit on your cart and then you need to keep putting the codes in. This cost me an additional $300 in labor. Recommendation: for larger moves, allow to schedule a move-in / out to where the elevator and doors can be locked open to allow for a faster/smoother move process.

Contact less renting was perfect! The price was great and the facility was very clean!

My only complaint is there is no customer care for after hours. We arrived 9:00:48 p.m. Not even a minute past the access time with a 丹展邸邸 load to drop off. There was no way to contact anyone to help us. The office workers were friendly upon checking in so I would recommend this location to any that have availability from 6am-9pm to move in/out.

It was super easy to get moved into our storage unit - great customer service from Dom, the facility is spotless, and you can't beat the pricing right now.

The staff at this particular location is amazing. Very friendly, knowledgeable, and patient. Itﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢s also got some of the best storage pricing Iﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢ve ever seen. Also this facility is super clean and not over crowded. This facility is a bit out of the way but Iﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢m so glad I picked it.

I rented online, then arrived a couple of days later. All my info was there and all I had to do was buy a lock and move in. Easy peasy!

The lady who helped me Chera was so nice and informational. She maintained gloves and mask while she showed me to my facility and have me info on the lock etc. The overall space looks brand new as there is barely any scratches or wear, looks brand new.

Was fairly satisfied with the process, was supposed to be a 1st floor unit but ended up being on the second story. Honestly- paying $44/month for a 10x15 unit that runs a minimum of $175/month anywhere else I wouldn't care if it were on the roof. Thanks sparefoot!

I went in and the manager showed me to my storage unit. She then explained to me all the building had to offer and we filled out the paperwork which didnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t take too long.

Excellent service from the crew at the Indiana St Location, very helpful people and friendly.

I have enjoyed working with public storage so far. The online pre-registration allowed public storage to call me to schedule a move-in appointment, even on a Sunday evening, and allowed the whole move in process to take no more than 20 minutes. The online reservation also locked me into a great price. Gate hours are convenient, facility feels safe and secure. Auto-pay is a great feature so you don't have to worry about remembering to pay rent. Month to month rental is very accommodating to diverse needs. Online portal makes managing your account easy. All around, a great experience so far!

Bruce was very helpful. He was both kind and patient, answering all questions. I am happy to have found this place for storage!

Awesome Customer Service!

Great friendly people. Lighting at night is a little sketchy on the east side of the building. SE corner on the east side near the other door is the worst
