I think the price is higher than other storage units in the area that are larger. However, it was the closest to me and so I decided to have a unit closer. The price is too high.

I liked this place especially because of Chris and Kristen. They were responsive to my needs and went to bat for me when I had an issue about $. Wasn't sure of which size i would need until I arrived so they held both and I used only one. I really appreciated that!

The price with the special promotion was fair for this part of town. I found better prices elsewhere, but I am in and out of the unit too often to make it worth the drive (I live close by). The facility is clean (except for the snow/ice, as mentioned above). I have 2 drive up units which have lights inside. I do NOT have 24/7 access however, I was informed that it is 6am to 10 pm for security. I would like to have at least until midnight, but I can make that schedule work. If you are living/working close by or want somethign clean or are concerned with security, than this is a fair deal. There is a one time 15 dollar admin cost per unit plus mandated insurance for each unit that runs around 9 dollars per month, so plan for that.

This location does not plow any snow. It makes for a hell of a mess with ice and snow during the winter. Manager's Response: Dear Valued Customer, We do our best to plow the site as soon as new snow comes down. Also, we try to keep the site as safe and clean all year especially, during the winter season.

I had a problem with the promotion. Apparently just clicking on the link that says click here for promotion is not enough to get the promotion. You have to also say something AND check for what they charge you to make sure you get it. Other than that....It is what it is, a storage unit.

We have an indoor unit, below the climate controlled level. The temperature does vary, but the seasonal extremes are bearable. There's no dust, so it's definitely worth a little extra cost... though we'd leave if it went up too much. We have found the staff excellent to make arrangements with. We are confident that this place is safe for our excess household stuff.

I have not been happy with my Storquest experience. Initially all went well and the first representative that worked with me was wonderful! However, my first impression declined rapidly following a discussion with a representative there named [name redacted] who was extremely rude. This conversation ended with me contacting the owner. I left a detailed message for [name redacted] and he did not find my concern worthy of a call back. As a result I have started seeking another storage company to do business with as it seems that I am not a valued customer and would prefer to do business where my concerns will be addressed.

Pros: - Security gate in and out keeps unwanted people out. - Access to unit 24/7 - carts are available to help move large items - lights on 30 minute timers in hallways Cons: - No power outlets to plug in extra lights - No lights in unit - Prices keep increasing on existing unit - Can't get to facility heading northbound on Tower, must make U-turn at light.
