The lot was clean the unit was clean and Great customer service very helpful even when I didn't feel well.

Price was different than advertised.

Nice place, brand new everything. We'll laid out. Easy to navigate to my unit. Way better than my last storage.

Good storage unit, but unethical business practice regarding the insurance.

The person who set me up was very nice. She let me look at both units I showed an interest in even though I only reserved one unit. She was very quick while still being personable.

Other self storage units not offering the free month deal missed out on my business. The ability to have one or two months for my needs is huge to me, whereas without the free month offer, I have exactly one month of use.

Have enough space for my stuff with the added comfort of great security to keep it safe and snug.

My daughter and I stopped by before the move in to check out the facility. We were given a tour and had many questions answered about the security, procedures around moving in, insurance ect. Very helpful!

Ron was very friendly through the whole process, from confirming the reservation over the phone, showing me the new climate-controlled unit, and allowing access until 10 pm. A great option in the Denver metro area.

Even when I wasn't able to come myself to set up the unit. Patrick was veey accommodating to get the paperwork set up for when I could.

My main disappointment is that I got no rent up front free and was informed that the student discount is only for three months. The unit is far from me so I will probably switch soon, especially with others giving first month free.

Was as expected. Staff friendly and knowledgeable but not very forthcoming that the advertised rate for the storage unit is short term and increases every 8 to 12 months.

I'm happy with it

The paper work to a bit long because the computer system was messed up. But other then that everything was great.

Overall it was inviting and it was quick service. Easy access with the security code. Lots of information that was well available. Thanks alot for availability.

I was in and out in 20 minutes, the staff was very friendly and helpful.
