It was greatly appreciated and yet, I wished they told me they were costing more for insurance through phone as when I was ready to pay my bill in person, they mentioned that the information was on the Internet. I didn't use the Internet and did not aware, just wished they mentioned on the phone so I could prepare the cost. Otherwise, the service were great.

I absolutely loved Ron the manager. He was very professional, proficient, knowledgeable, helpful and caring. My experience was great and with viewing the facility, my space, doing paperwork and ensuring my gate access worked, everything was timely and under 30 minutes. And better yet, Ron knew who i was when i entered the door and that made me feel comfortable and like he cared. I get the feeling he is like that with everyone. The whole experience was fantastic!!!
