I had to switch units because the original one had some issues with the wall paneling but Ron was understanding and helpful and even found me a new unit for less.

Elaine was very helpful and knowledgeable with everything from the initial point of contact, to showing the unit, explanation of rental agreement and pricing, and signing the paperwork. I will definitely be referring friends and colleagues to this facility.

I was charged for a 5' x 5' x 8' storage but in actuality, the storage measured 5' x 4' x 8' (missing a foot of space). Not to happy about that but it is what it is.

Check in was smooth and manager was friendly and efficient. Space was clean and plenty of room to unload. We needed an old lock removed and that was taken care of in a timely manner. Would recommend this storage facility.

They followed up with me well but when I called to chang size they told me I had to do it on line and they could not help me over the phone. They said they would be open until 6pm but when I got there at 1:30 the office was closed and I had to wait for am half an hour before someone showed up. After that everything went smooth.

I would like to offer my highest recommendation and kudos to Elaine, the Manager of the CubeSmart Storage in Aurora, Colorado. My move would have been so much more difficult without her help and support. I had trouble with both ABF Moving trailer, and my movers. She provided support as I waited and worried over my belongings periodically, and provided truly caring and superior customer service. She assisted me with problem solving when needed, and truly deserves my compliments for a job well done, and going beyond the call of duty. She made moving, always a stressful situation, bearable. Please pass my message on to any superiors. Elaine is the kind of employee a company can be proud of, and her assistant Manny was also invaluable in helping me get into my very packed unit the following day. With a manager like Elaine, who is truly invested in helping people, a difficult time is made easier.

My family and I had to rent a storage for 1 month. It was perfect to come into a place not to have to sign a contract, no problems with finding a big enough storage, and the agent was friendly and very helpful.
