Clean, quiet and property manager is friendly. They have squirrels regularly visit the office .

Found the need to get another storage unit. Each time we had to do this we go back to this facility. The staff is helpful on the property is very clean. My one concern would be the charge for insurance. They should let customers know insurance is needed if you have renter's insurance. I know this but I sent my husband and he paid. However I will show my renter's insurance which covers my storage unit and get a credit for the charge of insurance. my concern with storage services... that will be more informative about insurance. If a customer says do I need insurance to reply should be not if you have renters or homeowners. Not yet everybody needs insurance to rent that should not be the answer because it's correct.

Terrific. The general manager of our cubes mart location was extremely helpful. They truly went above and beyond.

The manager off this facility likes his job and it shows. He takes the time to get to know the customers and he lives on or near the property, so he seems very aware of the surroundings, which makes the place feel safer. He and the other woman we met were both super h elpful in finding the right size in it for our stuff at the best price possible. Our only complaints were the patch of I've outside our unit (although the manager did warn us about it) and the burnt lightbulb.
