Went into office a week before reservation date to complete contract and was informed to come back the following week or complete online. Couldn't complete online as DL was expired. Renewed at DMV but still couldn't complete online. Online wouldn't take any other form of ID (ie. Passport). Went back to office on the 14th and their internet was down, which remained that way until the 17th. My reservation was for the 15th.

Very friendly and helpful customer service and the unit size is perfect for me. Iﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢m really glad that I got this unit and would definitely recommend this place to others.

First time for me to need vehicle rental space,, very good experience for me. would recommend to anyone i know if they would need this type or any other storage need it is very nice and appears very safe.

Very clean from the outside to the office to my unit. A bit hard to get into as the map shows a different entrance than the actual location. Otherwise very clean, they cleaned all the snow and made sure every unit had easy access, wide aisles for vehicles and friendly staff. When I got into my unit it was completely clean no dust, no dirt and no damage. Definitely recommend

I had to move to a different storage location after a misleading description happened. This facility was cheaper than the previous and way more organized and clean. The rep was helpful and quick and made me feel welcomed.

My reservation was for a 10x30 @ $207 month. I had to change move in date by approx 4 -5 days. Unfortunately, manager then CHARGED ME $262 MONTH for storage unit. I have talked with her several times but TO NO AVAIL. Website says reserve now & lock in rate & pay at move in. Manager's OVER-CHARGES ARE AGAINST POLICY. DO NOT RENT HERE.

I flew into Colorado to buy a truck but I had to leave the next day so I had to find a place to store it online I researched vehicle storage and I got CubeSmart phone number I made a reservation and the manager Lee was very friendly on the phone and put me at ease also when I checked in I was kind of worried about leaving the truck there and I asked Lee if they had been any incidents or anything like that. I asked how the security was he said the security was really great they haven't had any incidents this put me at ease even more coming back home to schedule an organized transport from there to my hometown.
