I was actually IMPRESSED with how clean this facility is! Staff were very helpful and explained everything well. Prices are reasonable.

I changed my move in date several times and before that I played phone tag with the associates. They never gave up on me and made my real move in date super easy. They called me and explained the process and expectations to me. Once in person they went over the contract agreement with me line by line. In the end I felt very welcomed.

The multiple fees added up at the end such as the lock you had to buy, the mandatory insurance and the administration fee but this is my only complaint. The one month of free rent is a good marketing tool to balance the initial fees.

I made my reservation online and met with Robert a few days later to pay for the unit and sign the agreement. He was very professional and extremely courteous and answered all of my questions. The facility is clean and easy to access.

Having to pay for a lock at 15 dollars isn't great and the admin fee is Jo good but otherwise the place is fine.
