I ran into a disaster family moving from Arizona to find out house was no way near ready. A truck was coming that evening with all furniture. They had a unit for monthly explained situation. Was out of the office with a clean storage & lock in 20min. Will definitely use them again.

April was a big help in making sure my unit was priced right. The layout also makes it quite easy to navigate the facility

We got setup with Mike who was very informative and thorough. He made sure we knew all options on the available spaces and took his time to explain all the paperwork. Would recommend this storage facility.

Mike was more than helpful, taking time to answer all of my questions. 10x20 looked small to me, but Mike assured me my things would fit and pointed out that the unit had a very high ceiling.

Iﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢d been at another storage facility for about 6 months and was looking to downsize to save money. Mini-Uﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢s price was significantly cheaper than where I was at. They even had a truck I could use for free! The two than ran the store were extremely nice and I got a lock for free as well! Also there were carts to use which made my move in so much less strenuous and honestly pretty speedy. I was even offered free boxes and free shelving if I needed either. I feel great about the shift and grateful I found mini-u. And itﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢s just around the corner!

The team was very helpful to me. I was moving my things from the truck with just a simple dolly. Kia came out with a flatbed dolly and I was able to use both dollies to get all of my things in my new unit.

Kai was incredibly kind - this was my first time using self storage and I felt at ease. The process was seamless and everything was explained clearly. The young lady that helped me was very knowledgeable. She answered every Q without any problems. We finalized everything quickly bc I knew what I wanted & came prepared. Paperwork was a breeze. I had thot there was 24/7 access as an option, but must have remembered it from another storage company I researched. 6am to 9pm is still adequate. Not a deal breaker. Overall, very good! 👍👍👍👍
