Pricing and customer service is excellent

We found a cut lock and missing items from our storage unit at another public storage location so decided to switch. The people at this location were very helpful and friendly and the process was fast in getting a new storage unit.

Extremely fast and easy online experience. Download the app and get easy access to your space. Friendly non aggressive staff, called once left a clear detailed message. I was also looking at another place but their managers called 3 times in 5 hours and sent two emails. Great price here too.

The phone app to open and close gates is not working which was a main reason I picked this unit (I didnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t want to enter codes every time). So that is unfortunate but overall itﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢s easy to get to my space within the unit and easy to navigate to my space.

I feel the most confidence in my choice of storage units. This place is secure, the staff are enthusiastic and serious about storing people's prized possessions safely, while keeping unwanted perils(ie. Mice, weather, thrives) far out of reach. You get that extra piece of mind, and with this facility you get it at a very reasonable price that doesn't make you wonder if you'd be better off just selling off the important and sentimentally valuable items that you may not have room for at home.

Super easy to get a spot completely online! I didn't need to reach out to anyone and was able to complete my reservation online. Of course it is expensive but the facility is very clean, customer service was great when we arrived, AND getting in/out of gates was easy. The app allows you to open gates from your phone which was convenient when the moving truck had to leave after us. Everything has been great so far!

I completed my rental online, so I didn't have to check in at the office. The email responses that I received were clear and concise--my lock was in my unit, which had been inspected and sealed. When I arrived I opened the gate using the phone app--no worries about pulling close enough to poke buttons or getting wet if it rains. The same app provides access to the building and elevator. The unloading area is flat and level (no curb), there are plenty of carts, and it's very clean.

I was able to move in a day earlier than I originally planned. They were very flexible. It was super easy to access and I feel very safe having my stuff stored there.

Definitely nice. Only problem, being handicapped, we were slow to approach opening elevator door. Door almost closed. It reopened after walker blocked door from closing. Not a good idea. We were able to get on, the doors closed, but no buttons would function. We sat several minutes wondering what we should do. Luckily someone else summoned the elevator, so we were able to get out. We could have called the front office as cell phones did work on the elevator. (Just a word of caution: if you donﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t make it onto elevator first try, enter your code and try again!)

First I had a great phone call with Reanne who walked me through the whole online sign in process. Then, getting to the facility was easy and the unit itself was prepared for me and clean, and fit everything I needed. I loaded my stuff and was in and out in less than 20 minutes. It was awesome. Very much appreciate and look forward to picking up my stuff later!

I had a really good experience with customer service. Phone and in person help was great! I looked at two storage units and the one without climate control appeared to have water stains onmthe wall. I did not rent that one because of fear of dampness could ruin my things. The climate control unit I did rent is newer, according to the rep, so I hope Public Storage Corp will keep upgrading their facilities.

The young lady (Kaitlyn?) who helped me move in was nice and answered all my questions. The price was fair and I got a climate controlled unit. There is no light inside each unit but plenty of light in the common areas, headlamp is recommended.

I have always had great customer service whenever I have a question. I found out a few weeks ago that the location on 225 and Tamarac was closing. The lady that helped me was Kylie I hope I spelled her name correctly. She found another location for us, called the new location to make sure they had a unit for us and made the reservation for us. She went above and beyond in my books. With her help she kept us as a customer moving to the location at 16606 E Smoky Hill Aurora, CO. Shannon I believe was her name at the new location was very helpful showed me the new unit and did all the paperwork and explained everything to me. Both lades went above and beyond taking care of me. Great job each lady did at their job.
