I did all online and contact less services which was somewhat easy. I still had to end up contacting the office and having to go in person. My phone access does not work, just says it will connect but ends up making me wait a whole 60 secs to tell me it failed to connect, and I have to manually enter my code

Today I moved my things into my storage unit and I was blown away by the customer service and the cleanliness of the facility. I was thoroughly pleased and would definitely refer this location.

The storage is ok, but the $29 service fee is ridiculous and the $20 for a lock, and trying to move stuff inside 3 stories up is very inconvenient and no one was in the office during office hours for me to request a cart or some sort to get my things up to the 3rd floor storage unit.

Holly was very knowledgeable and she took the time to call me up to talk about the storage. Holly let me know that she looks around the property to make sure everything is in good condition.

The facility is newer, is gated, secured entry onto each floor via keypad, the price quoted was honored, Holly the representative at the office was very helpful on the phone and in person. The location is convenient for me as well.

I wanted to look at my unit in advance. The first time I went, the staff person struggled to find my reservation. However, the second time I went I worked with the manager and she was very organized. I also compared prices with other storage places and found their prices were best

Setting up the rental was efficient albeit detailed. Instructions for gaining entry were good.

The storage unit is great. WE have a climate controlled unit and the price is great. We have a password to get into the building and also the elevator so it is very secure. They have a lock you can get for the unit and there is also a place for you to put your on lock on it. You can go online to reserve to size unit you want and then go in when they contact you. The office staff is great and pleasant to deal with.

Overall good experience. Unit was clean, building was clean and cooled. Staff was very friendly. I do wish they would mention the amount for the lock.

If you are looking for a cheap place with good customer service then this is the one to go to! There's a bit of trash here and there occasionally, but nothing huge. Glad I found it!

My move in was quick and easy!! The details were explained thoroughly and in less than 30 minutes I was signed up and had my items moved into my storage unit.

Staff was friendly and quick getting my unit. Storage facility looked very secure and I'm not worried about my stuff.

No issues of yet but tell me how to reuse that $20 cylinder lock? Tell me why insurance is mandatory if it's my stuff and accept reliability if anything happens? My unit is inside on the 2nd floor....sounds like another business just putting schemes in place to up their makings if you ask me! No wonder monthly rent us so cheap.

Right now, starting our relation everything looks fine. Good customer service, and really easy to find the way to leave our truck according with our plans. Just one less star from all to make an observation about a circumstance: we are affraid of our "neighbors" aside of our rent place, because he check everytime our movements inside our location....so we will expect to doesn't happen, but was weird. Just that.

The staff is great. Access to the storage units is via a horrible, bumpy, potholed, narrow, falling apart driveway. Many of the units were blocked by ice, and we saw one that had its pull-rope frozen in the ice, rendering it unusable.

The employee that helped get me in a unit was very courteous, helping me meet my needs. He knew what I needed much better than I did. Facility is clean, I feel that it's safe as well.

I'm reasonably happy with the service, yet I have multiple units and requested a rate reduction which was roundly rejected, I may look at my options with other storage facilities.

Everything has been smooth no issues what so ever with anything.

I stopped nikki on the property while helping a friend unload her things to ask about storage. She was beyond professional and very personable! She made us laugh and even gave suggestions on how to better utilize our space. If I ever need my own unit, I am without a doubt storing with her!!

Staff was courteous and helpful from ordering packing material to assuring the unit was neat & clean. The only flaw was that the woman helping me talked very low and fast. However I am deaf in one ear so the problem as with me!

Everything so far has been almost perfect. Clean, easy and affordable. The only big issue is they have NO hand carts or dolly's to help with moving items from the car to storage. I have had to buy my own at Home Depot.

So far I am pleased with your service.

Great place to store, but the entry/exit door in the front is not good...when you exit, the space from the building to door is so narrow that doesn't have enough space to turn your big vehicle.
