Great staff. Clean unit. I reserved a 5x10 unit during a promotion. I am so glad I did. I am paying less than I did 10 years ago, for the same size unit.

I moved in around the time rain wasn't stopping and Serenity was understanding and helpful to keep my unit and the price locked in until the rain lightened up to be able to move in. Serenity definitely was amazing at communicating and super friendly!

I have had this unit for a couple of days now. The process to get unit was quick, cheap, and friendly. However am having some serious issues with the facilities. I have now been stuck inside due to gate for functioning when leaving, first time someone else came in so i followed out, however this last time it was close to closing and couldn't get out when i jumped fence to use entrace it was 2 min after so access denied, inn had called the office numerous times ands got no answer, finally i googled how too manually override. Absolute frustration abd took me close to hour to get out. After messages left last night, still no call back to me.
