We were given an occupied spot, wrong gate code. Hard to move in when that info is wrong

When I called in to pay for the reservation, I was given a gate code and a spot to park. When we arrived to move in, the gate code did not work and our spot was occupied by shipping containers. Nobody was on site, the manager was traveling, finally got a hold of him and a second spot assigned. Unfortunately, that was also occupied and I was told just go find an empty spot. Giving a temporary code. What a mess.

Love this place. After checking out 14 other ‘secured and monitored’ storage facilities this was the ONLY one where it really has 24/7 on-site staff as well as personal entry and exits locked codes. Very secured and with friendly and helpful staff who are 100% responsive to our needs it is not a sterile & deserted lot. It’s a great location and we are SO glad that we found it. Thank you

I was 5 days past my bill due to a death In the family, as soon as I get back to town I go straight there to pay up and come to find both storage units I had were cleaned out and my personal belongings thrown in a dumpster , how ever on of my units was still locked and secure but the unit with antiques that were unreplaceable and all my family's personal paperwork was rummaged through and what the manager didn't want he left in the container , open for whoever to help them selves to what is left of my valuables . VIOLATED IS AN UNDERSTATEMENT I will be returning tomorrow to hopefully speak with the owner. And my lawyer has been contacted and legal action will will be taken a.s. a. p . Thanks for totally violating my family's personal property it's sick and disturbing that scum like that exists
